Wow I neva knew this much departments existed in music video production..I’m in awe and impressed that Nigerians can do this, to build a set from ground…then tear it down. Now I appreciate the music videos I watch more now. I pray we have this in our movies soon
Omo mehn, women are killing it in this afrobeats movement. I noticed that the backbone of nollywood and afrobeats is mostly women bts of these things. Kudos to Nigerian women o and even if sometimes we men can be tough or seem to not give a damn, una dey try no be small. More women need to enter the scene.. Tuale for unu.
All set designers face this challenge , we spend three or four months building set and props for Calabar carnival that is just and 24 hour event and after that, it becomes practically useless afterwards . That’s a major problem of set design that is yet to be figured out , preserving set or recycling set and props…. But I love the fact that the face behind most of the amazing sets in the industry is a Lady.. would love to meet and work with her someday
I did create a set for a photoshoot I was shooting…looked really cool…I love this episode…art is really fun…makes shoots unique…but it’s expensive 😢…thanks for this ❤️❤️

This is one of the parts that makes up the entertainment and arts industry that others fail to see. It's a whole ecosystem. It's a whole business industry. Until "they" start seeing it more as a business and learn, Chale's will keep on hating.

i'll pick colorist if i'm shooting outdoors and cinematographer for indoors. A colorist has more power with outdoor footage than indoor while a cinematographer has more power indoors because he can control the lighting better
