Imagine not knowing arabic, trusting people in the 19th, 20th, or 21st century to translate Quran for you. Trusting them with it but not knowing and trusting people who brought you the original, not only the text but oral transmission of the Quran. When the are the same people who gave us ahadith and Sunnah. Not knowing arabic and giving your opinion on Ayaat and all based not on original text but english translation. Sheer ignorance.

*_I have encountered Quranists myself & this is the whole point. When Quranist interpret The Quran without Hadith they draw their own delusional conclusions🔥🔥I have always asked them the Question which till this day have NO ANSWER‼️‼️Qur'an Surah 4:34 says to beat women "Wadriboona" What happens if a Quranist without hadith interprets this verse to be an agressive literal beating & abuses his Wife⁉️They have no answer🤣Secondly:Notice he drinks Alcohol⁉️See the Law regarding Khamr in the Quran was first legal then its consumption was reduced, then abolished in 3 stages. What happens if a Quranist thinks that the first verse was too abolished then later its permissibility got introduced⁉️See this is the Problem one faces if they don't follow the Extended interpretation according to Hadith & try & feed out there own interpretations. This is one major reason, why the Hadith was introduced to protect the Quran from those who try to twist its meaning. For why Allah All mighty says in the Glorias Quran, we sent you O Muhammed to explain clearly to man the Quran💎Surah 75:19📚The Question then arises where can we find this explanation? If it is NOT the hadith then what is it⁉️Do you know what is even more incredibly Bazaar, are the Quranist telling us that the Greatest Man in History the Prophet Muhammed has no Biography⁉️How old was the Prophet when He recieved Revelation⁉️QURANISTS HAVE NO ANSWER👊What were the Names of his wives⁉️How long did his ministry last⁉️1 month 1 day or 23 Years⁉️What age did he die⁉️Who were his companions⁉️Which companions passed on the Quran to us⁉️How do we know if they were reliable since our Quran mushaf does NOT directly date to the hand of our Prophet rather 17-30 Years after him⁉️Are they suggesting that the ones who passed on the Quran. Lied to us about Hadith. Therefore how can we trust the Quran they gave to us if the same people also fabricated Hadith⁉️Did the Prophet have any Children⁉️What were the Prophet's father's & mother's names⁉️What were the names of his wives & uncles⁉️What year was the Prophet Born in⁉️Maybe he existed only 900 year ago instead of 1400 years ago‼️What did the Prophet look like was he fit & healthy or did he look like a fat⁉️Was he a business man or was he on the dole⁉️What was his teenage life like & early childhood⁉️_*
*_The science of hadith is based on reason & shar‘i guidelines☝🏻The science of hadith is basically & in principle founded on rational guidelines, with a methodology based on an accumulation of experience attained by the hadith scholars on the basis of many years’ experience of narrating reports and checking their authenticity and soundness. They attained the basis of this knowledge through lengthy involvement in checking reports, seeking them out, conveying them, examining them and determining whether there were any faults in them, thus gradually developing the general guidelines and framework of the science of hadith. Al-Khateeb al-Baghdadi said: Distinguishing the soundness of hadith is a kind of knowledge that Allah, may He be exalted, creates in people’s hearts after they have spent a great deal of time in this field and have attained lengthy involvement therein📚AlJami(2/255)📚But at the same time, these general guidelines - in their general philosophy, but not in their minor details - are derived from some shar‘i principles that are mentioned in the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah. There are general shar‘i texts that outline to the scholars of hadith the basic principles of the science of history and reports. As for the details, they were left to be developed through the accumulation of practice and experience, as referred to above📚Some of these general shar‘i principles are as follows:1️⃣The stern prohibition on lying about hadiths (narration from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)), as the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Lying about me is not like lying about anyone else. Whoever tells a lie about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1295) and Muslim (4 - in the Introduction to his Saheeh)2️⃣Not accepting the report of an evildoer. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “O you who believe! If a Fasiq (liar - evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done” [al-Hujuraat 49:6]3️⃣Stipulation that the narrator should be of good character, by analogy with the requirement for a witness to be of good character. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “And take as witness two just persons from among you (Muslims). And establish the testimony for Allah” [at-Talaaq 65:2]4️⃣Constant verification and checking. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “And follow not (O man i.e., say not, or do not or witness not) that of which you have no knowledge. Verily! The hearing, and the sight, and the heart, of each of those one will be questioned (by Allah)” [al-Isra’ _**_17:36_**_]5️⃣Warning against odd and weird reports. It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “At the end of time there will be liars and charlatans who will bring ahaadeeth that neither you nor your forefathers ever heard. Beware of them and stay away from them, and do not let them mislead you or confuse you.” Narrated by Muslim in the Introduction to his Saheeh (7)6️⃣Refraining from knowingly narrating a report that is a lie, as the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever narrates a hadeeth from me knowing that it is false is one of the liars.” Narrated by Muslim in the Introduction to his Saheeh7️⃣Precise memorisation is the basis of trustworthiness. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “May Allah bless a man who hears a hadeeth from us and memorizes it so that he can convey it to others, for perhaps he is conveying it to one who will understand it better than him, and perhaps the one who conveys knowledge does not understand it himself.” Narrated by Abu Dawood in his Sunan (3660)8️⃣Warning against putting oneself under suspicion by narrating a lot of weird reports and not being selective in what one narrates. It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah said: The Messenger of Allah said: “It is sufficient lying for a man to speak of everything that he hears.” Narrated by Muslim in the Introduction to his Saheeh9️⃣Seeking evidence & proof. Allah, may He be exalted, says: “Say (O Muhammad) ‘Produce your proof if you are truthful✅Quran 2:111📚🔟Seeking certain knowledge, far removed from speculation and illusion. Allah says:But they have no knowledge thereof. They follow but conjecture, and verily, conjecture is no substitute for the truth” [Quran 53:28]Some of these texts were quoted as evidence by Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) in the Introduction to his Saheeh (p. 7), where he said:You should know, may Allah guide you, that it is obligatory for everyone who can distinguish between sound and unsound reports, and between trustworthy & dubious narrators, not to narrate any report unless he is sure of the soundness and honesty of their narrators, and to avoid those which are narrated by dubious narrators and those who stubbornly follow bid ah (innovation)📚The evidence for what we are saying and that it should not be any other way is the words of Allah, may He be blessed and exalted:“O you who believe! If a Faasiq (liar - evil person) comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done📚QURAN 49:6]“such as you agree for witnesses”📚Quran 2:282“And take as witness two just persons from among you (Muslims)📚QURAN 65:2]📚The verses that we have quoted prove that the report of a faasiq (liar or evil person) is to be rejected and not accepted, and that the testimony of one who is not just is to be rejected._*

The answer to your question is simple
Quranic salat is not a physical ritual but a more spiritual one
There is no physical bowing and prostrating
"SALAT" = forming positive two way connections with Allah by obeying his message
"RUKU" = humbling oneself/ lowering oneself to humility/ accept
      "SAJADA"= means following/ obeying/submitting
It is also important to note that there is no given frequency of salat given in Qur'an
Rather Allah asks us to take a path in the " middle" or " salat al wusta " .

Jazak Allah Kheir for your patience and for trying to help that young man.
8:27 This in my opinion is the most important question. If he doesn't trust the transmission of Hadith, why would he trust the transmission of Quran?
9:36 He says he doesn't know how the Quran was transmitted until it reached us. What I can't understand is why is he so certain then that it was preserved? He cannot base his confidence on precedent because previous scriptures were distorted. And if his confidence is based on the ayah at 10:10 , why is he confident that it was not put there by the transmitters? Also, Allah subhanahu wa taala used the word "thikr" not Quran or Book , to describe what is being preserved.
His reasoning was really strange, as if he couldn't understand what he even was saying and thinking. May Allah clean his heart and protect us all from ignorance and arrogance that would render our hearts blind.

It is astounding that they actually assume that they are Muslims and followers of Islam.
They could be carrying around any book written in English or any other language and claim it to be the Quran without confirmation because someone told them 😂.
I hope that they come to realise and understand what they spew out and that they learn to understand how pathetic they are in their claims and return to the truth and straight path before they run out of time as their so called teachers of their times they have put their salvation in will not help them on the day of reckoning

In addition to the Koran, Allah revealed Hikmah to Muhammad saws, knowledge and wisdom that originates directly from the Creator and that is why we are ordered to follow it! If the Koran and Hikmah were placed in one book, that book would have several thousand pages and that book could not be preserved in the sense of learning by heart because it would probably not be possible! Allah is wise and those who reject Allah's Hikmah are ignorant people who are not worthy of attention!

Quran 2:251...So they put them to flight by Allah's permission. And Dawood slew Jalut, and Allah gave him kingdom and HIKMAH, and taught him of what He pleased.
      Prophet Jesus (PBUH)...
Quran 3:48...And He will teach him the Book and the HIKMAH and the Tavrat and the Injeel.
      Children of Israel...

Quran 2:231] Remember God’s blessings upon you, and what He sent down to you of the ‘Al-Ketab’ and ‘Al-Hekmah’ to enlighten you with it.
You should accept whatever the Messenger gives you and abandon whatever he tells you to abandon. Have taqwa of Allah... (Surat al-Hashr: 7)
O you who believe, obey Allah, the Messenger, and those in command among you. If you disagree about something, refer it back to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best thing to do and gives the best result. (Surat an-Nisa`: 59)
But if anyone opposes the Messenger after the guidance has become clear to him, and follows a path other than that of the believers, We will hand him over to whatever he has turned to, and We will roast him in Hell. What an evil destination! (Surat an-Nisa`: 115)
If this is not clear to any hadith rejector they are not following Quran but only their own desires. May Allah guide them

      "SAJADA"= means following/ obeying/submitting
It is also important to note that there is no given frequency of salat given in Qur'an

The hypocrisy within the sunni dawah community is truly embarrassing - allow others to read, learn and accept the Quran in their native language but don't allow someone who was brought up within sunnism to do the same.

Allah said: Let there come from you a community which calls for the good, commands the right, and prohibits the blameworthy. Because they're going to succeed. (Quran, 3: 104)....Knowing that they have no common basis for interpretation (no Sunnah), they base themselves on their own (individual) interpretation, therefore something blamable for someone may not be for another and vice versa. Worse still, let's admit that they ALL agree on an interpretation: since they do not believe in the reliability of the chains of transmission, in a century or two, their descendants will make another interpretation which will surely differ from the interpretation of their ancestor.

I find it's an insult on god where they think the quran is not enough. Also monsurs own level of ignorance is unbelievable yet he calls this guy arrogant. He could not take it when the quranist said he was waffling, his ego was dented. Notice the quranists ego was not dented with all the cheap digs monsur carried out. Hadeeth literature articulates stories transcribed by man (not authenticated by neither Allah or any if HIS Messengers) and unfortunately is misconstrued as the sunnah of RSAW......the Hadeeth referred to by Allah in the Quran IS the Quran and NOT the Hadeeth literature referenced by Sunni Islam.

If this was not on the tape I would not belive it, the same way he would not answer a straightforward question.

Mind boggling wanting to understand the hadith rejectors when Quran clearly instructs to obey Allah and his Rasool pbuh. How does one know how to pray and the number of rakats in each if the Hadiths r rejected? When it is so clear in Quran to obey the messenger pbuh and knowing Allah revealing knowledge to his Rasool besides the Quran and the Rasool pbuh shared what Allah approved for sharing. There also things of the unseen and knowledge not shared with us. Only between Allah and his messenger pbuh. Period!
    May Allah guide. Aameen!

Follow the Quran only. The sunni guy doesn't even believe in the Quran! He starts to ad hominem him and strawman the arguments. Good composure Elijah!

He is there not learn or get a decent education, he is talking just because he wants to win the debate, and nor answering the question because he think it's a trap so better not to answer 😊😅
