Really, its not as easy as you think to get up there and do what she does. It's a lot of time, mental and physical preparation. If you think she just shows up there, mouths her lyrics and calls it a day, you are mistaken.

She ain't lip syncing. You can hear in certain parts where she struggles a bit and you can clearly hear it. I've listened to that soundtrack tons of times and this isn't it. This is her voice singing on stage.

It's not rude to say that she was lip-syncing. It's recorded footage of a concert with an audio track overlayed on it edited to sound like it was recorded live. Many people do this when they record concerts/tours. She could have sang it live at the ACTUAL concert, but this video is the album version of the song. Stop getting so offended.

Uhm, you guys seriously can't tell that she's lip-syncing? It's extremely obvious.
She lip-syncs the first verse and chorus, the second verse and the chorus in Spanish are live, then in the bridge she sings along with a backing track, then full playback and finally the last line is completely live. She clearly struggles but I will not hold it against her because she is an actress not a singer.
Actually, after listening to it a few times, she is singing the entire song. The beginning, the playback is louder than her voice, but, if you listen closely, you can her her voice, especially when she holds out notes that the normal version wouldn't. =)

at 2:40 u could tell that she wasnt singing because you could hear the sound go off a bit and her singing...grr losers who cant sing grr. Pretty upset and i used to like her
