You really need to understand and keep up with basic bike maintance. It's so cheep in the Phillipines to have some one do the maintance compaired to the states you should not have any issues if your clutch does not fell right adjust it and lube it if needed. You should check chain tension before every ride and lube your chain and cables as needed and take a quick look at your brake pads. With all the rain and dirt on the roads there the chain gets dirty and dry fast, check air pressure before every ride. It should not take more than 10 minutes to do basic stuff before a ride. It's always mentally better to know your bike is ride ready. Have them change your front fork oil to a heavier oil you will get rid of the bounce feel and in corners it will handle much better. They make different fork oil weights talk to some one that works on forks and they should know which oil you need for your bike, body weight and driving style. You might have to play with the fork oil weight till you get it dialed in, it's not a hard job to change and I don't think they make performance springs for your bike the fork oil is way cheaper and all you need for your riding style. Ride fast ride safe. 😈
I was away from the Philippines for two years, and friends were using the bike here and there, that is why it got that way. but it was actually taken to multiple places for maintenance while I was gone. But yeah I agree with you, It should have never gotten like this.
