I took a chance and purchased a set of integrated bar/stem carbon bars for my Pinarello from Ali Express. I am happy to say that after two seasons they are still absolutely fantastic. At over $1,000, the original bars from Pinarello are ridiculously expensive. I paid about $130 for the bars from Ali Express. Of course it was a risk, however, in this case it worked out well for me, the construction of the Ali Express bars has been awesome.

I have 3 pairs of TOOK Carbon bars , cost £45 each set , they are great if your weight is under 11 stone , lighter rider no problems , heavy powerful riders 12 or 15 stone in weight do not buy them ...weight limit is 11 max on most Chinese made bars
@cyclyingunboxed I’ve got the copy version of the rapide cockpit and I’ve found they are -17 rather than the -6 which is a let down but I have been using them for a couple months now with out a problem only thing is they are about 15mm lower at the hoods compared to the roval rapide bar and s-works stem Have you found the stem angle is greater than -6 as stated?
I have a replica of deda alanera handlebars (without logos) and after 3 years they are still going strong. Very stiff bars, no issues with them. Mate of mine also bought a set and no issues there.
I purchased a Roval Rapide cockpit for my 2020 Venge on Ali it is amazing. About 1 year ago now. The seller also had the custom spacer for the venge which is typically hard to find, so I knew he was knowledgeable. I did not like the mount that came with it so I went with a 3D print and it's amazing, head unit sits totally flush! Great purchase!
I bought the Rapide bar for my gravel bike and 3d printed some sl7 style spacers. Unlike the ones in the video the logo on mine is black and the head unit mount is very level. I have about 2500 km on them with about 3/4 off road and the mount is still holding strong. Along with my garmin I also have a gopro mounted underneath but I have the pair tethered to the bar just on case the mount breaks.
I have one of those roval rapide handlebar replicas and none of those issues. They are not all the same. Mine really looks 100% identical to the original and the computer mount seems to be really sturdy.
This is the only video that I was able to find that explains what these handlebars are like. Thank you for making it! Can you make a follow up video please?!
I may do in the future if anything changes but so far still the same! I think I will do one after a year. A while to wait but needs to be that long to really test the longevity.
Handlebar are the last part i would take a bet on (with forks). Nowaday there are chinese builder with a reputation for quality like yoeleo or winspace or exs for handlebars but those are far from cheap. If i had to take a bet on something cheaper i would prefer to go for something like Ryet that try to build its name. They know if they mess up they damage their brand. On the other hand a Roval knockoff might help you make you riding buddy envious but if it fails no brand cn be accused of messing up anything.
Had my Ali express Bar for almost a year and have done over 30 crit races on them....I'm still alive! Mines were $175 from an aliexpress dealer that I've always had good luck with.

Did you swap your handlebars on your SL7 by yourself or bike shop did it for you? If you did it yourself, was it hard to route the brake lines? Thank you.
This one went on to an sl3 roubaix. The official one on a tarmac sl7. I think it would look best if it was slammed. I am assuming that specialized have kept the same standard diameter width for the steerer tube as these bars do fit both.
That’s a tough one to answer. The hole looks like it’s big enough to fit both the brake and shifter cable. LOOKS! It would be very close though. It’s going to be tight to get them both through there. For the cables coming out under the stem though, easily get all 4 cables through there. It’s close and I can’t guarantee this is possible unfortunately.
One thing I wouldn't do is buy fake branded versions from Ali Express. There are however a number of brands developing and selling their own at decent prices that are just as good as the expensive ones. Brands like The One, Avian, EXS, Orome, OG-Evkin. Stick to them.
Quite literally have the elves Orome on the way! It’s taking a while to arrive though. I think it was a good test but definitely worth a try if the branded ones now.
Has anyone ordered from Ullicyc on aliexpress? I have bars (Syncros Fraser replicas) on the way from them and all I’ve found on forums is good reviews. But still a bit worried.
Unfortunately I bought Chinese fake Enve aero bars from eBay. Had a odd ticking sound when riding from cockpit area and I’ve found the clamping area has failed 🤦🏻♂️.
thank you for your test , honestly I don't recommend to buy this kind of low cost product, I have already bought an alanera on aliexpress handlebar and it was a very bad product with no rigidity , very dangerous.Maybe I've been unlucky .
I’m sorry but these look wayyy too bulky on the steerer tube, it’s made for these new age thiccc steerers like on the sl7, where it doesn’t look too out of place
I have been tempted to slam it where I think it would look a lot better and hide the round steerer tube. But I mostly see it from the top down view anyway so doesn’t bother me too much at the moment
I assume you meant head tube rather than steerer tube (part of the fork - as I think Canyon is one of the only brands that uses an oddly oversized fork taper). The issue here isnt even so much the thinner head tube on that white bike, its the fact that he is using thise silly round stem spacers. Those round spacers have been making modern bikes look horrible for almost thirty years now, ever since the switch was made to threadless stems when we moved away from elegant quill stems. Yes, the round spacers do look even worse with modern bulky stems, but they still look pretty bad even with thinner stems. If he put the FSA (or similar ovalized) spacer system on the white bike which better matches the integrated handlebar stem, it would look a lot less odd.
I buy a few things on AliExpress but I think handlebars is a bit risky. Things like gloves, shoes, socks, bibs, jerseys , and glasses are fine. But outside that it’s proceed with caution.

Been riding for 40 years. And have been using "cheap Chinese carbon bars" for over 2 years. Have been excellent, unlike the Dura-ace 9000 cranks that snapped in half while I was riding. And Shimano did NOTHING for me!

Toseek are a great brand on Ali, 38cm wide bars are around 210g - no issues (87kg rider, ride uphill on the drops!) - about £25
Good to know! Thank you
Second Toseek. Riding a carbon seat post for nearly 2000km now, no problems whatsoever.

These reviews are great, id love to see someone put them through an actual stress test. See what it takes to break them vs a brand name bar
That’s true. Would be good to have some actual force numbers. I’m sure someone has the expertise to set up a rig that can do that

I use the RXL bars with a Kalloy Uno stem and Risk titanium bolts. About 300g total, cheap as chips, adjustable, stiff!
