My first time watching one of your videos. Fun experience, as I love vintage and antique collectibles. Nice lady and it was very relaxing and I loved the banter. I would have snapped up the September, 1956 TV Guide with Elvis on the cover @7:21 ...It was his first appearance on the cover and it is very much sought after and rare to find. It looked in pretty nice condition, with the exception of the rolled corner at the top right...but could be smoothed out easily with restoration techniques I've learned over the years (I collect ephemera and everything Marilyn Monroe)....Those Elvis '56 TV Guides sell for a few hundred dollars or more, depending on the condition. That one had no label, so that's a plus! Kinda neat as the lady said the man bought the house in 1955....Loved the color Pyrex bowls. My late Mom had the big yellow one and I'm sure she had the other colors, but her favorite yellow mixing bowl was the only surviving piece. ...I also loved all the vintage cars, planes and toys and all. Thanks for the tour and I've subscribed and hit the bell. Cheers and happy treasure hunting from British Columbia, Canada 🤗♥
I prob would have snagged the suitcase full of paper ephemera. Little old ladies who are savvy about glassware are usually oblivious about paper goods.
I feel very uncomfortable when seller hangs right over you the whole time you are shopping!!! She isn't going to get rid of these items with her high prices!! You should try catching her down the road when she finally realizes if she doesn't lower the price, she isn't going to clear out the house!!! 🤣🤣 I hope you guys are having a nice weekend!!! 🤗♥️👍
@@rdred8693 because she's not selling everything to a guy scanning every single item on his phone for $2 ? That doesn't mean she's greedy,it just means she's not stupid.
@Julusnc Hi!!! Totally agree with you!! I would of picked up all of the Airplanes, the minute I would of seen them!!! Not for resale!!! 🤣😫 I hope you weekend is treating you kindly!!! 🤗♥️👍
Estate sales are expensive I always go in tthe last days of sales, the good stuffs are already goine but i feel i wont profit on them anyway, so i just look for whatever ileft on last day sales, normaly they are desperate to get rid of some stuffs on last day
i hope she doesn't mean they are ripping the historical features from this beautiful home & destroying its irreplacable layout & very aura. do not do that!! & then you sell it & it ends up unsellable for the next person, & it's so infuriating for those of us who love these historic homes. how dare you take this from everyone who appreciates it. get one thats already been raped & pillaged & redesign that. how selfish & greedy. i hope this is not your intention. what do you mean by flipping?
Don’t the sellers get annoyed at your cell phone on line research before you buy an item? I mean it’s a bit rude. They’re charging a buck of five bucks? Buy! Buy! Buy! All day long. But seriously if it were I selling and you did that in front of me, I’d ask you to leave. Sorry ….just my opinion
Quite honestly one of the worst picker videos I've come across...You have no clue what your doing and without your phone you would be completely lost. Learn your stuff before going into these things only to scan with your phone the entire time and then act like you have no idea what the item is.
Drives me crazy when I go to an estate sale and the people say they’ve got to get rid of everything fast and then they’re asking retail prices.
Right! I was a little frustrated that's for sure!
Same as thrift stores wanting. To charge 30 dollars for a jacket. I am so tired of it.
I know! I say them take the time to go ebay because you will not get those prices from estate sale!!

Plus they were all free bonus with the house!!!
The toy metal airplanes were the best toys there.

Old board games are worth some money too
I would of asked for a price on all the jewelry.
Why has this lady not put stuff on bidding pages on line? If she is asking high prices a “Estate Sale” is not the way to go.
I see some nice things, kings crown red ruby glass, some iridescent blue carnival glass, maybe some fenton,
Oh man, I love that old Cupid doll
This is a estate sale I dream of
That's all you bought?
I would have came out of there with a HUGE lot.
We did not have the truck we went the first time did not have room in the car.
Old games with all the pieces sell well
Love, the ,"" This is Sinatra record !❤
Also…. If you’re building a stack…. Why not find a basket, a bucket, a box , a crate and fill it? Instead of individual piles?
When you pick things up and look at them we can't see them
So they bought the house with everything in it so you’d think any offers would be just fine since they didn’t pay for the items lol 🤦🏻♀️

I live in the UK and I cannot get my head around the prices you pay for your groceries!! Sooooooo expensive!!!
Yeah, we have a terrible president lol.
Lots better than the previous one @@flippingthrifters
@@marilynbarlow8978 Yes, I love paying 20% more for everything, and having illegals flood my country.
