The thing about this series is that there is a lot of gray between the lines of good and evil and for many reasons people may cross those lines. So to say whether a character like Robot is evil or not is complicated.
I love Nolan punching the wall. Because it's very common for abusive parents, especially fathers, to break furniture or parts of the house, but never physically abuse the people under them. It sends a message. "Look what you made me do." Because if Nolan really did lose control with anger, that punch would level the house. But it didn't; it punctured some drywall. I struggle to call it a metaphor, given that this is literally an abusive parent, but the symbolism is there and it's very well done.

One of the only things I dislike about the progression in Community, is that Brita was a legitimately smart person in season 1, then she was steadily written more stupid as the the seasons went on.

Yeah, Mark may be concerned about Amber, but Amber already decided to dump him, because she was more concerned about her precious soup kitchen, NOT THAT HIS FACE GOT JACKED UP. Also Amber: (9:05 - 9:12) Goes to chastise Mark for not valuing her. ALSO, also Amber: (14:14 - 14:30).... And if you actually didn't catch what was going on, Amber was trying to hit it on with that frat dude, RIGHT AFTER DUMPING MARK. This is a problem because it makes her a total hypocrite. She literally rants at Mark, on how he doesn't value her in the past few episodes. But she clearly doesn't value HIM all that much either, considering how quickly she was willing to go bang from college guy, ONE day after their breakup. And she only doesn't pursue THAT GUY because she finds out he already has a girlfriend, meaning she was only looking for a rebound guy, just to feel better on how she dumped Mark. It also doesn't help when you consider what happens the VERY next two episodes, not to spoil anything...
I think a lot of people don't even know the actor's name but he definitely did. I am honestly confused when other's don't see or hear the principals uncanny resemblance to "Carl Winslow" though.
2:20, That was his powers, it seems he got them back. 8:30. Mark didn't have a stomach six days ago…cut him some slack. He was still recovering from his battle with the villains and Battle Beast. The Pennywise edit! I wasn’t expecting it😂
2:20 - Why are you spoiling? 8:30 - can people stop exusing bad writing with same old point for months now? Mark didn't show ANY signs what he is still injured. I'm not a hater btw(One of my favorite shows), just get tired of the same comments under people reactions.
@@syressx9098 I didn’t spoiled anything, it’s only logical to think that those are his powers. The doctors didn’t know what was happening so it’s obvious that he got his powers back. He even has a dialogue saying something about feeling as good as when he had his powers, you don’t have to be a scientist to know what happened in that scene. Bad writing? He said that he was sore, what he went through it takes time to heal and I know he can heal quicker but he still said that he was sore and on top of that Mark is new to this. Mark ain’t an expert in h2h combat or anything, so it makes sense and those robots are pretty annoying too. (Spoilers for episode 7) They did some damage on Omniman, not a lot but Mark is no where close as his dad so everything that happened makes sense.
