    She has such an amazingly supportive husband and the fact he loves her enough to go to yoga with her! That's love right there.

      Most dietitians and trainers like to see around 2 lbs per week for a patient on a weight-loss plan. So about 8 lbs per month.

      @avasamaria I had a heart attack in 2005 (due to my birth control pills, class action lawsuit) and even though I was reassured that it wasn't because of my weight, I decided to make some improvements and get in shape. After the initial quick loss, it slowed down to about 1-1.5 lbs/week. My doctor told me that this was a healthy way to lose weight, slow & steady, and she was definitely right!

    Her husband is so supportive----gotta love him. I'm so happy the surgery was successful and stopped all her pain. I'm also relieved to see she actually wore clothes for the end of the video instead of appearing half naked, like most of the women who have plastic surgeries! She looked gorgeous. Beautiful family, all the way round!

    The four pounds in a month is a healthy way to lose weight the most someone can lose in a healthy weight are 9 pounds, but the recomitation is to lose 4.5 pounds per month or less.

    I don't understand why she said ...I will do it for my kids. Really it has to be done for herself.

      I get if the complication was impairing her ability to physically function...but it seems like hers is mostly about her appearance. I totally agree. Girl, YOU are enough, and wanting this for YOU is enough of a reason to want to be happier and at peace with how you look. I wish women weren't socialized to believe wanting for herself is wrong and too selfish to be borne.

    How does plastic surgery address high cholesterol

    • @musicluvr29
      @musicluvr29 16 วันที่ผ่านมา +6

      😆 What ever you change on the outside, doesn't change anything inside.
      You still have to watch what you eat, and exercise.

    • @cary9479
      @cary9479 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The more fat you have the more cholesteril you have, so getting some of the fat out, will lower it.

    Removing the fat won’t actually fix your heart and cholesterol problems. Diet and exercise would fix those even if you’re not losing weight

    i know this has nothing to do with the video, but i kept seeing Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane mentioned everywhere in comment sections. i was skeptical, but after hearing so much about it, i decided to give it a read. honestly, it’s not just hype. the book teaches you how to shift your energy and mindset in a way that feels natural, and it’s amazing how much it changes the way you see your goals and the opportunities around you.

    this might be a bit off-topic, but has anyone else noticed how often Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane comes up in video comments? i finally caved and read the book, and wow-it’s worth the buzz. it’s not just some feel-good advice; it actually gives you tools to focus your energy and make things happen. it’s subtle at first, but then you start to see how much of a difference it makes in how you approach your goals

    i know this isn’t related to the video, but i kept seeing people talk about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in the comments of so many videos. at first, i thought it was just hype, but i gave in and read it. honestly, it’s been a game-changer. it’s not just about “thinking positive”-it really breaks down how to align your energy with what you want in a way that feels real. seeing little shifts in my own life now, i can see why so many people swear by it.
