1 kg chicken on the bones
500 gm thick dahi
3 tspn red chili powder
1 tsp haldi
6-7 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garam masala
3 tsp dhaniya powder
2 tsp zeera powder
Mix everything very well
40 badam soaked and remove cover
Crush it well
Take a big vessel
Add 1 cup oil and heat it well
2 tej patta
1 javitra
1 chakri phool
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
4-5 elaichi
1/2 spoon pepper
Sauté on high flame for 30 secs
Add the marinated chicken and mix well
Add the crushed badam powder
Mix really well again and let it cook
Add 1/2 cup fresh cream
2 big onions fried and crushed
Add to the chicken
Mix well again
Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chili
Add salt
Lower the flame
Cover the lid and let it cook for 10-15 mins
And check after every 5 mins
Add few drops of kewda essence
Mix well
Off the flame and serve hot
