SCUM - EP4 - Airfield

In this episode my initial plan was to head north, exploring and looting the airfield, but exhaustion from hiding my current loot forced me to change my course. I made the crucial decision to return to Big City, with the supermarket as my target, I searched for food, hoping this would speed up my recovery.
However, things take a turn for the worse on my way to hide the supplies as I run out of arrows at a critical moment and sustain my first C2 damage.
Once my confidence was restored, I finally set out on the journey up north, and it turns out to be a very beneficial decision.
(I decided not to use a filter during the dark section in this video as a test)

I completely agree with you about the new hunting system. They use to have animals in the game but they say that it caused a too much lag, especially on popular servers. I would like them to reconsider their choice, especially on solo or light servers.
Tip1: close doors behind you. Puppets respawn in buildings quickly and if you leave doors open you can get swarmed rather badly. Also leaving doors open tells other players you are nearby.
Tip2: If you are concerned about finding your loot stashes, especially at night, you can lay down a blueprint of a large bonfire to mark where it is. Don’t build it, just leave it as a blueprint. Only you can see it so others won’t know it’s there.
Tip3: if you search the puppets you kill, you get 5 awareness points for every item the have. Chopping them up gives you Awareness and Survival skill points.

Enjoyed the video. Was a bit dark when you left the city, but still not too bad. Couple tips, while looting, wear the helmet/ghilie suit to save space for more loot. Also, to find your crates easier, place a bonfire blueprint without putting the materials into it. It'll stay there, and only you are able to see it. Other players won't be able to see your blueprints.

You could try to find or buy a bedrol, rest in that and exhaustion goes down faster. Also if you log out resting in that bedroll, it will stay and be there when you log back in. Those shops on your left about 16:00 in video, there is a chance to find a Dang Dao sword, kills puppets wit 1-3 strikes.

If you get hit by a puppet and can't use weapon or bow, click midle mouse button, it wil punch and create a bit room for you. Hunting was changed the way it is now due performance issues, there used to be animals roaming around but yeah, it is what it is atm.@@otc5570

@@otc5570 hop in a house and rest in one of the beds while you're logged out. That'll sort the exhaustion and you don't need to mince around with a bedroll

the aniumals used to exist in game but they changed it.. i hate it now but i think it was done for server performance. also used to be crows
