IRONMAN - SEASON 1 EPISODE 2 SETTLING IN - FROM ZERO TO HERO

Another week of training for the Ironman next year. Lot's of running so far, but slowly building it up! Biking in there too, now we are just waiting to go swim. Which we still can't do because of the water restrictions in Calgary Canada.
