You know why I hate watching these "Fixing plushies" videos? Because it hurts *SO MUCH* the fact that these aren't the actual plushies we have, you do an excellent job.
As a certified Chica Enjoyer, Nightmare Chica always seemed like an impossible plushie to have :(. Her design was always complex so I was always sad about it. So I can say with full certainty, you knocked it out the park! The design is perfect!!
I think the FNAF4 animatronics just don't translate that well into plushies overall. They have an insane amount of details that just get lost because of how intricate they are & it's hard to decide what should stay & what should go. That's easier to decide with characters with simpler designs. Also the problem with balancing cute & spooky. I think you did a great job designing them in spite of those obstacles. My favorite is Plushtrap from this vid, I personally like it more into the simpler direction but that's just personal taste.
It’s almost really the only animatronics that don’t exist. Like even the phantoms are just illusions of burned and worn down animations. These ones are just a child’s nightmare.
As an avid Nightmare Bonnie (and generally fnaf 4) enjoyer, I DEEPLY appreciate your plush designs for these characters. They’re such a huge improvement from Funko’s, as always.

Personally I would put an extra set of teeth behind the other ones, but I don't really know how that would work in terms of making a plush so I don't know
I have a little bit of experience making plushies, and looking at it from a "mass-produced" perspective, I do not know how that would be pulled off to be honest. Printed teeth would probably be the best and easiest way to pull it off.
I actually really like that Nightmare Chica rendition, for what it is it honestly feels like it's perfect, it matches the others aesthetically and it's true to her design. My one complaint is the Bonnie, I think his lower jaw should be more pronounced to replicate his massive oblong chin in the render.
Jesus Christ I haven’t seen someone put such love and care and attention in a video like this in ages. The timely yet still well focused jokes offer a good cut between the plushies, you explain everything in that perfect level of ‘not too much not too little’ while giving plenty of time to soak in each design and notice things for ourselves. And the length youre willing to go, making your own shitty soap cutting footage, using your jingle to make a cute little remix gag, and always picking something both relevant and snappy enough for each character that it leaves me tapping the rewind a couple times just to finish out my laughter so I can focus on the video. Job well done.
The color of Funko's nightmare Freddy always bugged me because at a glance you can't tell it apart from classic Freddy meanwhile toy Freddy gets the darker material. Your design is major improvement and the idea you had for the claws was genius. Great video as always. Ps. Hearing the difference in your voice from you the first episode to now has inspired me to try voice training.
I just wanna say that your sense of humor is amazing. Your plush videos have gotten so much funnier with each installment. The quality that you put into your plush designs are also spectacular. This has easily grown to one of my favorite on going yt series
16:40 i think that the Nightmare Chica design came out rather well, with the exception of the mouth. Her mouth is closer to the design of Withered Chica, in that the top and bottom parts of her head are technically separated. If possible, I'd recommend utilizing the same technique you used for withered chica, but instead of wires or pistons, you surrounded the head with teef!
Love the progression of how as the games get harder, the more hellish designing plushes are for you. Also every time our funny chicken gets added, she's somewhere different on the "wlw love me" scale.
The big holes in the nightmares midsections always stood out to me, so I think if I had to design them, I would almost make the top and bottom parts of the plushies separated, but have them sewn together in the very middle so you can see a clear separation there (like some snowman plushies if that makes sense?). Great designs as always.
I cannot say how much I love the nightmare foxy design. It's just, amazing. You absolutely nailed that one. Also while I was watching I was like "I wonder if she'll add the tongue from the teaser. I don't know how though. She'd probably do it as a magnetic part like the others." AND THEN. YOU DID IT. Just amazing. Great job 👏👏

Hey! Neat thought. If the people making digital models of the plushies combine their power with the people who are willing to try sewing them by hand, they could work together to turn these designs into sewing patterns that people can play around with. As somebody who both sews and models things (a little) the models are a great way of conceptualizing these things in the 3D. And, most models can be disassembled into flat textures. These textures, if adjusted and given a little bit of seam allowance, could theoretically make a good base for a proportionally accurate sewing pattern. Not every side that would need to be made physically would be on the digital model, and not every model would necessarily be suitable for patterning, but it'd be a solid place to combine expertise and start experimenting. Seems fun!

Hey! As a plush maker myself, Freddles head may be a bit to big for his body. It’s likely that the head will make him tip over, and will not stand up right! I recommend downsizing it just a bit, or adding supporting features.

Fnaf 4 was the first FNAF game I ever got to really play. You managed to get the vibe you were going for perfectly! They look like snarly little chihuahuas in the best way possible. Chica looks absolutely fantastic, and these might be my favorite yet I love making plushies, and I appreciate your attention to the actual realistic aspect of making these plushes! They all seem very possible to make, and I'd love to take a crack at some of the crazier ones sometime :P
You're such a silly lady I was nervous for this video , but also excited because I knew you'd do so well at creating these designs. Never fails to amaze me. Very glad that you didn't go overboard with details on them , even if some people would like them to be closer to the in game characters , it's much better to simplify. Small details are for figures not plushies !

As a nightmare chica fan your rendition looked absolutely amazing. Oddly enough the only criticism i have of any of these designs would be nightmare foxy. I just feel like it would be nice if his weird orange highlight stuff was a bit boxier around his eyes like the original model has. That being said it could end up looking weird or too uncanny so idk

I just noticed while watching that these plushes look really similar to what we've seen of the FNAF plus designs so far, which goes to show how good each of the designs are 10/10 would buy them in a heartbeat if I saw them in a Tescos or something

great designs as usual, but something about nightmare foxy just seems OFF to me? i think the snout might have worked better as two different pieces of flat fabric sewn together instead of literally having an outer layer of fabric going around it. i think his face is already going to be naturally kind of cluttered, but the sudden added bulkiness adds a bit too much detail methinks.
I've decided I'm going to have to try and make some of the unique designs she's come up with down the line. Not the ones that already have plushies, but things like her endo designs or maybe the ones who's real versions are so bad that having one of her versions would be better like her Puppet design

Your humor and bits are hilarious, it feels like im being slapped in the face by comedy (in a good way) Your art is super cute, and i love how you take criticism and try to improve your designs as much as possible. I genuinely wish i had these lil guys as real plushes. Also the stitching for wear is super smart!

i love this series, however my only critique so far would be that Nightmare Bonnie’s colouring is a bit too close to the original Bonnie in FNaF 1. To me at least, the Nightmare version has a more of a cyan colouring instead like the kind of blue / indigo of the original. APART from that, these are all incredible :)
I agree if it was more blue I think it would resemble night mare Bonnie more but they all look amazing and I would love to own these if they ever get adapted into real plushies

These look absolutely amazing! From an outsiders perspective it looks like once you get through the nightmare animatronics of FNAF 4 then it should be smooth sailing for the rest of the series(aside from a few more unique anatomical animatronics, but hey you managed to make both Endo 01 & 02 look adorable, you can definitely do it again). I really can’t wait for you to get through to the end of the series because then it’ll become a new updated additions when future FNAF games come out(after the DLC and Help Wanted 2 come out, that’s what I’m referring to). Don’t overwhelm/overwork yourself while working on this series, take all the time you need and don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
Im actually wondering. Have you ever asked Scott to be part of the plushie makin industry for the FNaF characters or working with/for Funko? Cus you should imo and I think everybody agrees. Your designs are incredible to the point that they could pass as canon so easily ❤

I'm sitting alone watching this video in the dark at 4 in the morning, and 12:39 genuinely made me like, take a mental step back and acknowledge my environment, my situation, and my mental state as someone who has just been grounded back into reality from the mindset of "hee hee I love watching fnaf plush video"
the extra fun part about making things like nightmare foxy's tongue into magnetic accessories is that you can take the accessories from one plush and just give them to the completely wrong character. you could shape the tongue into a hook and put it on nightmare freddy and now you have two nightmare pirates! you could take one of chica's cupcakes and put it in foxy's mouth if it were small enough to fit! there are no rules! just incredibly fun additions, i love the magnetic accessories so much, amazing work
As usual, I think you did an amazing job on the plushie designs, making these creatures of the night something I would want to cuddle w/ at night. Now onto something less important, I think people have the wrong idea about the Nightmare designs. I think people are taking the designs too literally as they are trying too hard to be scary, but I think the intention was to use traditionally scary elements to make them scary. The Nightmare designs take all classic monster tropes, looming figures, sharp claws, razor teeth, wear & tear, & glowing eyes in the shadows in the darkness. While on the surface it looks like they are made to be 'actually' scary, which detracts from the actual scariness, but I think they are designed wonderfully to incorporate all these ideas as 'traditionally scary.' They weren't made to scare you, they were made to appear scary & IMO, they succeed in that front. While most may say they go overboard, to me they are the right amount of nightmarification for our lovely animal band to turn them into horrible monsters.
I totally agree with this take, however I also understand why people complain about them. Since it’s a horror game, the aim is to scare the player, and even though the designs fit the idea of a child’s nightmare, they just aren’t that scary to anyone older than that. For something that fits the idea of a child’s nightmare while also being scary outside of that, I’d say FNAC 3’s designs did it much better. They don’t feel too over the top and work perfectly in the context of the game.

IMO it's debatable that FNAC3 does it better, although it does have its merits, I think it mostly comes down to preference & I much prefer FNAF4's approach. I did have a longer response written out, but I think this condensed version works better. I will share a small expert that I think is relative enough to add here. To me, they still fill the role of scary due to the environment/controls of FNAF4. Unlike the past games you never really get a good look at the animatronics until the jumpscare happens, the entire time these looming figures are lurking in the shadows enhanced by the sound design, so while you never see the monsters you certainly feel their presence. Once again, I do not entirely disagree w/ your points, but I don't entirely agree either.

I think the ONLY thing i would change out of any design in this whole video, would be to use the 2 colored rings around nightmare foxy's eyes to better show his eye shape. Hes got these like, angular? Eye sockets that feel unique to me, and i would want the plush to have that. Like maybe the black ring around the eyes sorta have this triangle shape on the sides, like an ultra thick eyeliner wing, and the salmon red can just border that. Other than that nitpick i think these look great!! They represent their ingame counterparts well, the perfect balance of spooky and huggable. Well done :)

Perhaps a dark band of fabric with long stitches over it? If they zigzag, it could also give the impression of teeth.

She didn’t have a black band running around on cupcake it was a slightly thinner cylindrical black part the was used to add depth to the mouth

Fnaf 4 was the first FNAF game I ever got to really play. You managed to get the vibe you were going for perfectly! They look like snarly little chihuahuas in the best way possible. Chica looks absolutely fantastic, and these might be my favorite yet
I love making plushies, and I appreciate your attention to the actual realistic aspect of making these plushes! They all seem very possible to make, and I'd love to take a crack at some of the crazier ones sometime :P

Very glad that you didn't go overboard with details on them , even if some people would like them to be closer to the in game characters , it's much better to simplify. As a nightmare chica fan your rendition looked absolutely amazing. Oddly enough the only criticism i have of any of these designs would be nightmare foxy. I just feel like it would be nice if his weird orange highlight stuff was a bit boxier around his eyes like the original model has. That being said it could end up looking weird or too uncanny so idk

great designs as usual, but something about nightmare foxy just seems OFF to me? i think the snout might have worked better as two different pieces of flat fabric sewn together instead of literally having an outer layer of fabric going around it. i think his face is already going to be naturally kind of cluttered, but the sudden added bulkiness adds a bit too much detail methinks.

i love this series, however my only critique so far would be that Nightmare Bonnie’s colouring is a bit too close to the original Bonnie in FNaF 1.
To me at least, the Nightmare version has a more of a cyan colouring instead like the kind of blue / indigo of the original.
APART from that, these are all incredible :)
I agree if it was more blue I think it would resemble night mare Bonnie more but they all look amazing and I would love to own these if they ever get adapted into real plushies

These look absolutely amazing! From an outsiders perspective it looks like once you get through the nightmare animatronics of FNAF 4 then it should be smooth sailing for the rest of the series(aside from a few more unique anatomical animatronics, but hey you managed to make both Endo 01 & 02 look adorable, you can definitely do it again). I really can’t wait for you to get through to the end of the series because then it’ll become a new updated additions when future FNAF games come out(after the DLC and Help Wanted 2 come out, that’s what I’m referring to). Don’t overwhelm/overwork yourself while working on this series, take all the time you need and don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
Im actually wondering. Have you ever asked Scott to be part of the plushie makin industry for the FNaF characters or working with/for Funko? Cus you should imo and I think everybody agrees. Your designs are incredible to the point that they could pass as canon so easily ❤

I'm sitting alone watching this video in the dark at 4 in the morning, and 12:39 genuinely made me like, take a mental step back and acknowledge my environment, my situation, and my mental state as someone who has just been grounded back into reality from the mindset of "hee hee I love watching fnaf plush video"
the extra fun part about making things like nightmare foxy's tongue into magnetic accessories is that you can take the accessories from one plush and just give them to the completely wrong character. you could shape the tongue into a hook and put it on nightmare freddy and now you have two nightmare pirates! you could take one of chica's cupcakes and put it in foxy's mouth if it were small enough to fit! there are no rules! just incredibly fun additions, i love the magnetic accessories so much, amazing work

As usual, I think you did an amazing job on the plushie designs, making these creatures of the night something I would want to cuddle w/ at night.
Now onto something less important, I think people have the wrong idea about the Nightmare designs. I think people are taking the designs too literally as they are trying too hard to be scary, but I think the intention was to use traditionally scary elements to make them scary. The Nightmare designs take all classic monster tropes, looming figures, sharp claws, razor teeth, wear & tear, & glowing eyes in the shadows in the darkness. While on the surface it looks like they are made to be 'actually' scary, which detracts from the actual scariness, but I think they are designed wonderfully to incorporate all these ideas as 'traditionally scary.' They weren't made to scare you, they were made to appear scary & IMO, they succeed in that front. While most may say they go overboard, to me they are the right amount of nightmarification for our lovely animal band to turn them into horrible monsters.

I totally agree with this take, however I also understand why people complain about them. Since it’s a horror game, the aim is to scare the player, and even though the designs fit the idea of a child’s nightmare, they just aren’t that scary to anyone older than that.
For something that fits the idea of a child’s nightmare while also being scary outside of that, I’d say FNAC 3’s designs did it much better. They don’t feel too over the top and work perfectly in the context of the game.

I do agree w/ some parts but disagree w/ others. IMO it's debatable that FNAC3 does it better, although it does have its merits, I think it mostly comes down to preference & I much prefer FNAF4's approach. I did have a longer response written out, but I think this condensed version works better. I will share a small expert that I think is relative enough to add here.
To me, they still fill the role of scary due to the environment/controls of FNAF4. Unlike the past games you never really get a good look at the animatronics until the jumpscare happens, the entire time these looming figures are lurking in the shadows enhanced by the sound design, so while you never see the monsters you certainly feel their presence.
Once again, I do not entirely disagree w/ your points, but I don't entirely agree either.

I think the ONLY thing i would change out of any design in this whole video, would be to use the 2 colored rings around nightmare foxy's eyes to better show his eye shape. Hes got these like, angular? Eye sockets that feel unique to me, and i would want the plush to have that. Like maybe the black ring around the eyes sorta have this triangle shape on the sides, like an ultra thick eyeliner wing, and the salmon red can just border that. Other than that nitpick i think these look great!! They represent their ingame counterparts well, the perfect balance of spooky and huggable. Well done :)
