Just wanted to share... I have been studying IT for about 2 years now. Trying to balance a job and 3 kids while getting certs and going to school at 34. I have applied for helpdesk jobs non-stop since receiving my A+ in 2023 and never got a single interview. It must have been hundreds of applications. 2 months ago I quit my job to take a chance and study full time. In those 2 months I got my Net+ and Sec+. Had my first interview for IT helpdesk last week. Just got offered the job 1 hour ago. Dont give up!!!!!
Congrats homie! Way to go! Goodluck on this exciting next chapter of your life and good on you for showing your family they to can make things happen when they believe in themselves!
@@dmlx4209 idk what works best for you, but in short I basically watched all of Professor Messer’s videos, made flashcards on anything that needed to be memorized, did the practice tests as well as TIA Education’s on Udemy, and watched the study groups. Sometimes if I was really unmotivated, the study groups were easier! And making a virtual machine to follow along with can make the commands stick a bit better. :) you got this!!
Wow, so much effort and quality content. I passed the first core of the exam last week - planning to go for the second core next week. I have a little bit background in IT, studying over solely practice questions worked best for me. Two days ago, I took my 22-1102 exams, and last month, I took my 22-110 exams. I am happy to say that I passed both, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you immensely.
