The lady I bought hair from used a serum that I think is too heavy on the strands 🥺 how can someone correct it? Once you wear the hair, it scatters very fast and the strands seems to be sticking together

Wash the hair with warm/lukewarm water with shampoo and deep condition it then rinse off the conditioner with normal cool water.just use good products and the hair will go back to its original texture.
