As a Mexican this is a very entertaining but also true about the van the use! In Mexico the cartels use Vans and Trucks (sometimes pick up trucks)!

In Liberty county the criminals may or may not have to watch out for LEOs but meanwhile in Cabo Perico the criminals in particularly the Narcos can roam freely without being persecuted by the Police, in fact the Police is probably on the CDM or CDCs payroll however if they see the military they will run away although the Cartels might try to fight the military
