Monaco fiberglass pool and Royal spa by Latham Viking in UT

In Northern Utah fiberglass pools need to be covered because of colder temperatures and of course because of the safety.
In this video, Pools and Boulders contractor shows how the pool and the spa could be done at the same ground level so that only one cover could be used for convenience.
The fiberglass pool model is Monaco with fiberglass Royal spa.
This diving fiberglass pool and the spa share the same water, although the temperature in the spa or the pool could be adjusted independently.
At this Alpine UT project location, the backyard landscape sloped drastically away from the house. Therefore we had to shape the landscaping completely by moving a lot of dirt around.
The retaining wall is done with the medium size blocks. Also, the stone steps and boulders were used to offset the sloping ground.
Now the backyard landscaping feels more cozy and usable.

How do you like the Monaco? What’s the pros and cons?

Monaco is my favorite pool, especially in a Shale Grey color. We receive the most positive feedback about this pool model from our clients, especially those who have used it for at least a year. The only downside I can think of, and it’s a significant one, ............... is that it’s not in my backyard.
