@@Bergmann.Alaska yea, I meant more, lack of sufficient support. I mean they had Moçambique/Portugal, South Africa and (unofficially) Israel I think. But when you compare this to Vietnam where the US poured supplies and men into a war that was being waged for more or less the same reason and a country that was significantly less determined than Rhodesia was.

Rhodesia is well and truly gone. Most of the white former Rhodesians (like my dad) are now well into their middle age at least, and living in places like the UK and Australia. Their kids don't particularly have any interest in going off to fight in Africa to reestablish a failed former country that had no foreign recognition, was openly racist, and was embroiled in a failed civil war for its existence.
I doubt the Rolling Stones would be very happy with the use of this video with their music. They refused to play in apartheid South Africa so it is not difficult to work out whose side they were on.
An excellent video!!! Well done! Thanks for sharing this with us!!! 🫡🎯✌️👍👍🤝💪

For the size of the force, the Rhodesian Army was one of the best around.
Statistically best ever in modern age

Not to mention the lack of external support

It is madness that natives from the huge, resource rich continent of Africa are being brought to the small island of Ireland.
