We all siblings had very low quantity of breast milk and too till 2-3 months only. But we all have perfect teeth.
I had breast milk for atleast a year and still had crooked teeth. Also, I know many kids in my family who were breastfed for atleat 2 years yet they are poor eaters. On the other hand, those who had bottles after 6 month developed good eating habits. So I guess it’s not so simple as dr. Is putting in the video.
Mai abhi 2nd time mom bani hu 21 days pahale..abhi 6 months ki maternity leaves pe hu....mera jab first baby hua to 6 months ki maternity leaves me ache se doodh pilaya...chahe raat bhar hi kyu naa jaagna pada ho... office join karne baad bhi specially breastfeeding ke liye office se 2 baar ghar aati thi...abhi bhi chahe kitna bhi pain ho...kitni bhi nind puri naa ho lekin breastfeed karwati hu har haal me...bade bache ko sawa 2 saal tak raat me aur din me breast feed karwaya aur din ki breast feed sawa 2 saal tak karwi aur raat vali to 3 saal tak karwai...apne calcium intake pe aur balanced diet food me acha dhyan diya...

What's the obsession for breastfeeding 😅 are yr hr koi nhi kra skta breast feed its their own decision aap kisiko jabardasti nhi kr skte ho... There are many reasons jo mother ke life me aate he jisse breastfeeding nhi krwa skte ya BM nhi bnta... Mera baby 6 months ka he he is fully on formula feed and he is completely healthy ap ye nhi kh skte ki bottle feed se bachhe ke teeth me issue hoga ya kuch or hoga... Sorry to say bohot hi orthodox video tha i know yaha muze troll krne bohot log ayenge bt thats truth. Hr maa breastfeed nhi kr skti or aap use guilt me nhi dal skte
If milk is not coming then you have no choice then you have to give a formula milk. But if milk is their then mother should feed kyuke agar choice and decision ki baat ho Rahi hai then what about baby's choice baby don't have a choice kal aapko koi bolega ki protein powder pe hi raho khana mat Khao aap healthy rahoge then ull say no i want to be healthy in natural way that choice you have. There are many benefits of mother milk which then powder. Dabbe pe hi bade bade latter's me likha hota hai. Aaj kal ke my choice my decision culture me isko mat ghasito or if you don't want to do all this things then you should think before you have a baby woh time it's ur decision to give a birth or not.
And for others don't go on others experience it may be misleading every baby has a different cycle. Many studies and research papers are shown with mother milk, baby has more stronger immune system and better IQ level ,there many benefits when he sucks naturally now it's upon a mother how she wants her baby.
