- This video is PERFECT for Halloween, as I talk about why you shouldn’t be scared of scare mazes. If you have a friend or family member who is a scaredy cat, or even if you are one yourself then this video will give you tips and tricks, plus advice on how to help get over your fear of scare mazes/haunted houses. This applies not only in the UK but around the world, so this video is tailored JUST FOR YOU… watch it, if you dare…

just a little additional point about the splitting of groups from a scare actor, if you are serious about not being split from who you’re with, make sure you get that point across as sincerely (and preferably concisely) as possible because unless you seem like you would be genuinely seriously effected by being on your own, a lot of the time we will just continue on and not let you go with your group. the majority of the time people seem frightened because why wouldn’t you be? but it’s rarely to a point that would be harmful for them so I stay persistent in not letting them go back so make sure you’re clear that you being separated from your group would seriously upset you like the advice in the video said. great video over all!
@crypticcrumb thank you for this extra tip! This will hopefully save a few more people from being scared/upset if something happens that I haven’t covered on this video!
Most major thing i learned was that im making myself more scared than i should be. Theyre trying to make me have fun and im scaring myself somehow
That’s exactly what the aim of it is!
Watch this every year when a new maze comes out so I can be ready!! It's a must watch each halloween for me, it helps so much with everything Im scared of, and I come back to remind myself! This is such a gem of a video, deserves more attention! Are you visiting thorpe park fright nights this year out of interest? Id love to see a vlog!!!
Thank you so much that genuinely means the world to me! As of yet, I’m hoping to visit but it isn’t 100% confirmed yet though 🙏🏻
Thank youso much for this advice. Youve been such a great help.😊and I'll be sure to pass this info along to anyone who's about to go to a scare park or haunted attraction.😊
Thank you so much I’m glad I could help
Great Advice! A way for actors to not touch or scare you is to amke a cross shape over your body with your arms, the actors are trained to know that the cross means not to scare and touch, meant for people who just dont like or its their first time! Great video, Hadley! Make another scare maze song like Frekashow for 15 years! Please!!!!
Oh wow, I didn’t know that! Thank you for teaching me that. And maybe one day I will make another song haha!
Thank you for this video I’ve never been to a Maze but I do love horror i just still haven’t found enough courage to get inside a scare maze but the day I find the courage this vid will sure be great motivation ❤
Thank you so much, best of luck to you!
Great video Hadley! I love scare mazes, but I'm a little bit nervous for survival games at thorpe... This video definitely helped! Thankyou for the advice! :) 😎
Thank you very much mate, glad you enjoyed! Hope fright nights goes well!
Bro that maze is why I’m here 😂
Thank you so much for this, I was so worried about doing survival games and being split from my partner
I'm so glad this video has helped, please do let me know how you find it!
The kids will love it so will be bring them down next week. Bring on the fun
Ah fantastic! Hope you have an amazing time!
im going to frights nights this year with my friends ive done all the mazes last year but for some reason im really scared for this year a maze called survival games in this maze they grab you and they split you up but this video has helped me get over the fear and just to have fun so much thanks for helping 😀👍
No worries at all! I’m so glad I was able to help!
Also what if someone had a panic attack in there would the staff come to help so they can get back out
Yes, the staff would lead you to the nearest exit and they will fully evacuate the maze for you!
I used to be terrified of Haunted Attractions, now I use that fear as adrenaline and I love them!
I have autism and I really hate when people touch me, but I'd love to a scare maze because the other elements don't scare me, do you recommend me bringing a sunflower lanyard to wear around the maze? Just thinking it might decrease rhe chance of me being touched
Back here in 2023 as i didnt get to do survival games last year due to queue times 😢 so I need to hype myself up for it all over agin 😂 your video is super helpful. I'll let you know how I find survival games this year 😅
Yes definitely let me know how it goes!
I’ve been to a scare fest in York and would love to experience the Alton towers one
I’ve not been to that one but scarefest is one of the absolute best 🙏🏻
was this hallowscream? I love it there it’s awesome, worked there as a scare actor this year lol
Going to a haunted house tomorrow! Thanks for this!
How did it go?
@@ThemeParkMagicyt it went good! Decided not to do freak show but I did the other two! I LOVED the hay ride! It was so fun because the whole time me and some friends I went with were like saying “side eye” and “will you be my bestie” and “how do you do your hair?” And it was a good time
Ty I’m going inv to a haunted woods walk at my school 😢😢
I’m coming to Alton towers but I’ve got 2 kids with me so won’t be able to go to the scare fest for adults unfortunately.
Not to worry, as trick or treat town and darkest depths is aimed for kids and they are both brilliant!
I just automatically have almost a panic attack when there are chainsaws around. Is there a way to overcome my fear of them? They're just really loud and overwhelming for my senses. Any tips?
Chainsaws are a personal fear of mine myself. The best way to think about it is that the chain part is removed, so no matter how loud or real they look, they can’t physically hurt you. For example, last year I got trapped in a cage with one, and it touched my leg multiple times but as the painful and sharp but had been removed, I came away with no injuries or scratches at all!
@@ThemeParkMagicyt Thanks so much! Personally though, it might be my senses being overwhelmed. So there's not much I can do! Love your channel sm cos i've always felt accepted here and not forced to know everything about how every bolt works on a floorless b&m train! 😂🤣
@@En1ow it’s absolutely fine to feel overwhelmed. At the end of the day, not everything is going to be for everyone. I don’t like drop towers so I avoid them at a theme park, and maybe chainsaws is the thing that you don’t like, it’s about finding the perfect balance of scary but still entertaining. Also thank you for the lovely compliments! 🙏🏻
@@ThemeParkMagicyt 🙏🙏
Im going to a scare maze this year and ngl im terrified but im still gonna go lol
TOXIC JUNKYARDDDDDD
I’m just basically trying to be scared 😂
Even if I’m not 😂
What’s the point going in acting all hard 😂
So the whole scare maze weapons is just . . . Fake? You’ll be saying pro wrestling is rigged next.
I’m sorry to tell you this Mike…
