They're all of the backgrounds for the stages of the Hokuto No Ken ArcSys fighting game (really cool game btw). That is Yuria sitting in the background of Shin's stage, or at least the dummy Yuria that Shin used to trick Ken into thinking Yuria was still at Southern Cross.

have you tried googling? you can type the name of the game and then gif and theres a few sites that host the gifs in high quality. full game name is in the description.
i originally found them on tumblr but i searched them up again just now and found them in 0.2 seconds so you should be alright
