For those who are having difficulty, I think the problem is that in the video the paper gets flipped over and over again (in an attempt to show us all the sides) and it can be difficult to keep track of which folds are facing which direction. When it comes time to cut, the directions that the folds are facing really make the difference between having a perfect circle or ending up with pieces! It’s hard to explain without showing but, basically you need to make sure that the center of the paper is located at the bottom point of the “ice cream cone” shape right before you cut. I hope that helps, and if not, just toy around with it trying the folds in different directions- when you figure it out it does work! Thank you for the video, I used it to make a Christmas tree skirt!

Actually you have shown it correctly but you have confused by flipping the paper again and again. I could do that on first attempt but later failed for 6 times n then got it once more. You could have kept it simple by doing it without flipping.
