I have a couple of questions for you Ruzaina: 1) When you say curry powder, which curry powder are you specifically talking about? In Ceylon we have the dark roasted curry powder, or the Jaffna curry powder for instance. 2) Wouldn't the taste of liver be overpowering or do the spices temper it? Fantastic job!
