I have a theory: the One Inch Killer Punch might be similar to the first ability of Todoroki's ultimate in Heroes Battlegrounds, or it could probably be a counter, as seen in the original animation.
Can you imagine that when Shinji is fully released, there will be an interaction-like an animation-when both are using their ultimates? Like in the original animation, after Shinji gets serious, in the part where they clash fists.
