  • This is the second version of my magnetic levitation device. This is the final version of the project made on a PCB.
    The key components of the project are an electromagnet and a hall effect sensor. This device levitates a neodymium magnet, but it also can levitate bigger objects if you attach them to the magnet.
    In this video, I show how I made this device step by step.
    PCB KiCAD files are here: github.com/electrical-pro/lev...
    And here is the first version that I made 3 years earlier: • Magnetic levitation de... is was just a proof of the concept.

    You sir, are a border line GENIUS !! I liked the original concept, many have tried this in the past. You make it look super easy! "using what you have" is a perfect concept to build on your ideas. keep up the good work!!

      I agree. But I think he has actually crossed over the border from borderline genius to actual genius.

    Hi, I don't have a SSE hall sensor like you used. I only have a hall sensor S49E. Will it work with S49E? Thank you.

    Hi, the “Hall effect sensor” Where is pin 1, 2, 3 and 4?
    Please can you help my with this? Thanks, good projekt ❤

    I wonder if you use a sphere magnet and painted half of it black from north to south poles then hit it with a 1 watt laser, will it spin?

    Hi. I tried this circuit but it works the other way around for me. Without a magnet, the electromagnet is switched off, but when the magnet is near, the electromagnet is activated. Please advice.

    Sir, have you ever worked on Repulsive Electromagnetic Levitation, if so can you present a video on this experiment.

    That's a wonderful project, super well made, thumbs up!
    But it's neither levitation nor anti-gravity. It's magnetic suspension, magnetic entanglement !?

    • @ElectricalPro
      @ElectricalPro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks, yes I know, it has nothing to do with gravity... gravity just pulls the magnet down, the electromagnet pulls it up. "anti-gravity" is a catchy title that I've used in the last video, in this video nothing about "anti-gravity" :)

      Electrical Projects [Creative Lab] and it's locked with the electromagnet. It's amazing ! Lifting the pliers was very impressive

    • @ElectricalPro
      @ElectricalPro  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lifting pliers is possible because the magnet is already attracted to the iron core of the electromagnet, turning the electromagnet on is just increases attraction, so not much power is required actually... and tuning the device with trimer potentiometer is needed every time when weight is changed. Thanks for the positive feedback :)

    So it only works one way? Just asking

    • @ElectricalPro
      @ElectricalPro  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, not sure what you mean by "one way"... if you mean can it work upside-down and repel magnet instead of attracting it, then the answer is no. It only can pull magnet up in order to levitate it.
