I agree!! I’d love to be involved! Just last night I was watching Nae2Curlys vlog at the Palm Springs event for Tia and was actually so surprised that almost ALL of the girls there had a tighter/type 4 hair! These products should’ve been PERFECT for type 4 hair. 🤔🤔 I don’t know what happened.
I truly want to support her brand but for me having 3C4A curls. It might not work for my wash and go’s but I can see it working for a twist out. But I RARELY do twist outs. So right now I’ll wait for the reboot of more products geared towards my curlage

What I love about Bianca is we literally see her hair go from short and thin to longer and thicker if that doesn’t tell you she obviously knows what she is talking about I don’t know what will. Cause I tend to see people getting brand deals and there hair is already at its peak but we literally seen the progress from earlier videos to now. Keep up the great work so inspiring.

I recently bought these for my daughter. I bought the clarifying shampoo and the moisturizing conditioner. Leave in curl cream and gel. My daughter’s hair is pretty close to yours. She liked both shampoo and conditioner. She liked the stylers but she does prefer a strong hold gel. She can get away with a soft hold gel in the winter but not summer. Oh btw I think your hair got more suds with the moisturizing shampoo because you already washed it with the clarifying shampoo. So your wasn’t dirty anymore. Anytime you wash your hair twice the second time gets more suds.

i have BABY-fine, low-po short curls, and my hair cannot take coconut oil, castor oil, or shea butter, so this line seems like it'd be good for me! i am excited to see something aimed at curls in the drugstore that doesn't use those three ingredients. thanks for the honest review, i hope they expand the line to accommodate even more types of hair!!
Same here. I have Bianca's hair, but I keep it in a tapered cut. I HATE heavy, producty products on my hair. 99% of the time, I just use a leave in as my styler. I ordered the 2 conditioners and the gel. The plan is to use the conditioners as leave ins, and the gel for special occasions. Can't wait for the delivery!

I love Tia and I was excited when I heard about her hair products. Unfortunately, I’ve seen too many mixed or negative reviews of the products and I don’t think they will work on my hair. I’m saving my coins for products that are going to work! Appreciate your honesty!
This is the thing, I personally find a lot of the mixed or negative reviews are just for clout i.e. clicks and views. For the gel it clearly states on the bottle it’s a flexible hold not a strong hold. The tight 4 textures who had flakes, not all kinky, doily, curly hair types are the same even if said textures are the same because that’s not the science of hair. I personally have dropped off of natural hair videos simply because of this… it’s one thing to give an honest review and another to claim to give an honest review but really and truly the person giving the review is just hating.

I don’t have patience for soft holds lol Florida humidity✨so I think I will not try these! Back in the 90's when everyone was relaxed, Tia & Tamera were inspiring bc I've always had natural hair. I love Tia bc of her sunshine and support everything she does. I even have her cookbook! My hair is very similar to yours, but I keep it in a short, tapered cut. It's very fine and very easily weighed down, so the lightweight nature of her products was a great selling point. I wash n go everyday, and shampoo about 2/3x a week, so hold isnt a deal breaker. 99% of the time, I use conditioner as a styler. My hair defines easily, but im all about volume. I ordered the conditioners and gel. I hope they work out for me bc the pricepoint is amazing! Can't wait for the delivery ❤

Thanks for the honest review, I wanted to love these products because I love Tia, I’d definitely have to use a different gel. I need to start out with that crunchy hold and I’d need a thicker conditioner.
I appreciate the actual honest review even though we love Tia but I like that she’s giving her honest opinion and that they aren’t necessarily exciting but leaves room improvement everyone’s gotta start somewhere but I’ll probably keep using my current products until something more exciting comes out
Every time I see that I'm like "but who asked you to remove the crunch?" LOL. Curly girls already know what to do to remove crunch. They don't need to worry about it. Just HOLD my hair please.
I've seen other reviews who have thicker hair or have more type 4 hair said they didn't like it. The line wasn't hydrating enough, it didn't provide enough slip for detangling, it didn't provide hold for some and they experienced flaking. I definitely feel like this line wasn't really made for ppl with thicker coily hair.
I love her too, I bought her entire line BUT I don’t love it either and I did have the white residue happen at the scalp area. I also prefer different packaging on the cream and gel.
I love this review! I do think less scent in the products is better for me because my skin is sensitive. First wash with the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and my dry, big curls have turned hydrated! I'll style this with Kinky Curly.
Just came from watching HappyCurlHappyGirl review. Appreciate your honesty with all your reviews. I will try a couple of products from the line. I feel like with product lines in general, this is a good starting point, let’s see what other additions will be added to the line in the future. Also looking forward to the Pattern Blow dryer review. Last year I did buy the Dyson blow dryer on sale and really love it, however it’s extremely expensive.

I remember back in the mid 80's, I had a ton of yummy smelling products that did not work! Most of my local beauty supply stores in Oakland were owned by another race (not black ppl). It felt like the hair care industry catered more towards pretty packaging with pretty smells. I found myself going back for more while waiting for results to kick in. Oh gosh, I needed a Bianca back then! 🤦🏽♀️ I've come a long way & smell is a thing especially if it stinks lol. Because of you, I 🤎 a good crunch too & only focus on products you recommend. I probably think it just depends on your hair, you just never really know until you try it. At the end of the day everybody’s hair is just different, even if you have the same curl type as someone else.
Since I only wash my hair every 7-10 days (sometimes my lazy behind wears a bun for up to 2 weeks)and I refresh with at least oil every day. I always double cleanse. I use a clarifying shampoo first, then a moisturizing one second just like you did. I use a regular conditioner to detangle and deep conditioner (with my HOTHEAD-recommended by you) afterwards for 20-30 minutes. I also use a pre-poo (like Curlsmith or Olaplex) twice a month. See. I pay attention to your tutelage. 💜

My son is 4 now and I feel like ever since I stopped nursing him when he was 2 my hair has not been the same. My hair type looks almost identical to yours but just hasn't been the same. My hair is long, but not as thick as used to be (like yours) and is almost see through. Any tips are very much appreciated! Thanks so much for all you do for us curly girls! 😘

I always count on your straightforward, honest approach. Your hair looks great at the moment, but what about the next day? Here in Houston, the humidity makes soft hold gel worthless to me. It’s going to hit 81 degrees today, with light rains. 😔 Crunchy curls means I don’t have to spend a bunch of time refreshing. Think I’ll pass on these for now.

I appreciate your honest review. That’s why I continue to watch you. My daughter is 3C/4a curl type. Super dense and low porosity so I know these won’t work for her. This is the 4th non-stellar review. I do think saying that this is for finer hair etc would be helpful and adding to the line for the rest of the curly community. Right now this line is not inclusive.
I watched several reviews of this collection & I've noticed that naturalistas with tight coils & kinks got flakes from the gel, while those with curls usually did not get flakes. I think it's because the gel is geared towards hair textures that tend to define & clump on their own. Textures that need a product to define & clump their coils/kinks tended to use a lot of the product to get their desired look, which resulted in flaking. Bottom line is Tia needs to make stylers for tight coils & kinks. Cause this gel ain't it. Smh...😣
I think it's cuz looser curls only used a smidgen of products and kinkier textures used a bit more. But I still think it's weird af when 2 products from the same line don't mix well, especially when they tell u to use them together. I had the same problem with Pattern. I'm like how does your leave-in work with Wetline gel but not your own Pattern gel?? LOL
Okay so, I was waiting for your review specifically because of the others I’ve seen just to have different styles and texture to see if there was still flaking. Final result wasn’t bad but not your best. I’m not mad at no scent. Now the soft hold is concerning. I’m with you make it hard and crunchy 🤣 let me break the cast as I need cause this needs a 7 day minimum. Great review! Gave me another prospective. Out of her whole line what was your favorite item out of all of the line so I can just only buy that product lol. I also can’t wait to review her product for my channel as well but I noticed you did say is not for dry hair and it doesn’t have much moisture, so I’m kind of scared, and it might not look as beautiful in my hair as it does in your hair I do like the fluffiness that I gave you, but I like a stronger hold for my hair because it makes my car all day last longer.
The second shampoo is always more bubbly than the first. Especially when you have build up. 🤷🏽♀️ I don’t think it was because of using a different shampoo.
Bianca can you try Kérastase Paris' curl manifesto line? The products smell like lemon meringue cookies, and i personally loved all of the products I tried.
I like the products I don't like the hair gel but the leave- in is great especially if you can't use shea butter , coconut oil or castor oil on my low- po hair. The shampoo, conditioner and the leave in. I use a little bit of oil on my scalp this is all I need I love this product.

I've seen other reviews who have thicker hair or have more type 4 hair said they didn't like it. The line wasn't hydrating enough, it didn't provide enough slip for detangling, it didn't provide hold for some and they experienced flaking. I definitely feel like this line wasn't really made for ppl with thicker coily hair.
I love her too, I bought her entire line BUT I don’t love it either and I did have the white residue happen at the scalp area. I also prefer different packaging on the cream and gel.

I love this review! I do think less scent in the products is better for me because my skin is sensitive. First wash with the moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and my dry, big curls have turned hydrated! I'll style this with Kinky Curly.

Just came from watching HappyCurlHappyGirl review. Appreciate your honesty with all your reviews. I will try a couple of products from the line. I feel like with product lines in general, this is a good starting point, let’s see what other additions will be added to the line in the future. Also looking forward to the Pattern Blow dryer review. Last year I did buy the Dyson blow dryer on sale and really love it, however it’s extremely expensive.
Yes!! I feel like it’s a great start. And yea as much as I LOVE my Dyson… I’m still mad at the price lol

I remember back in the mid 80's, I had a ton of yummy smelling products that did not work! Most of my local beauty supply stores in Oakland were owned by another race (not black ppl). It felt like the hair care industry catered more towards pretty packaging with pretty smells. I found myself going back for more while waiting for results to kick in. Oh gosh, I needed a Bianca back then! 🤦🏽♀️ I've come a long way & smell is a thing especially if it stinks lol. Because of you, I 🤎 a good crunch too & only focus on products you recommend. I didn’t start loving my hair until I found Bianca’s videos a few years ago! I’ve become a product junkies buying products she’s recommended. She hasn’t steered me wrong
I know that you always do but love that you gave your honest review. I probably won’t be trying the products until they expand the line. I have a tighter and thicker hair and like you I don’t mind crunch!

I probably think it just depends on your hair, you just never really know until you try it. At the end of the day everybody’s hair is just different, even if you have the same curl type as someone else.
Since I only wash my hair every 7-10 days (sometimes my lazy behind wears a bun for up to 2 weeks)and I refresh with at least oil every day. I always double cleanse. I use a clarifying shampoo first, then a moisturizing one second just like you did. I use a regular conditioner to detangle and deep conditioner (with my HOTHEAD-recommended by you) afterwards for 20-30 minutes. I also use a pre-poo (like Curlsmith or Olaplex) twice a month. See. I pay attention to your tutelage. 💜

Thank you for your review Bianca and your hair looks amazing! Can you please provide any recommendation on what you did to get the length and thickness that you are at. My son is 4 now and I feel like ever since I stopped nursing him when he was 2 my hair has not been the same. My hair type looks almost identical to yours but just hasn't been the same. My hair is long, but not as thick as used to be (like yours) and is almost see through. Any tips are very much appreciated! Thanks so much for all you do for us curly girls! 😘
I loved this honest review I was excited to try but think I’m going to stick to pattern and curl smith and pass on these products as too many mixed reviews on her products…hopefully like others said she comes out with different or reformulated products like Traci who listened!!

I always count on your straightforward, honest approach. Your hair looks great at the moment, but what about the next day? Here in Houston, the humidity makes soft hold gel worthless to me. It’s going to hit 81 degrees today, with light rains. 😔 Crunchy curls means I don’t have to spend a bunch of time refreshing. Think I’ll pass on these for now.

I appreciate your honest review. That’s why I continue to watch you. My daughter is 3C/4a curl type. Super dense and low porosity so I know these won’t work for her. This is the 4th non-stellar review. I do think saying that this is for finer hair etc would be helpful and adding to the line for the rest of the curly community. Right now this line is not inclusive.

I watched several reviews of this collection & I've noticed that naturalistas with tight coils & kinks got flakes from the gel, while those with curls usually did not get flakes. I think it's because the gel is geared towards hair textures that tend to define & clump on their own. Textures that need a product to define & clump their coils/kinks tended to use a lot of the product to get their desired look, which resulted in flaking. Bottom line is Tia needs to make stylers for tight coils & kinks. Cause this gel ain't it. Smh...😣

I think it's cuz looser curls only used a smidgen of products and kinkier textures used a bit more. But I still think it's weird af when 2 products from the same line don't mix well, especially when they tell u to use them together. I had the same problem with Pattern. I'm like how does your leave-in work with Wetline gel but not your own Pattern gel?? LOL

Okay so, I was waiting for your review specifically because of the others I’ve seen just to have different styles and texture to see if there was still flaking. Final result wasn’t bad but not your best. I’m not mad at no scent. Now the soft hold is concerning. I’m with you make it hard and crunchy 🤣 let me break the cast as I need cause this needs a 7 day minimum.

❤❤❤❤ well first of all I love your hair🫶🏾 the products made your hair look healthy. I don’t like that it did give you that dandruff look on your scalp. I think it’s because of the shampoo probably. Out of her whole line what was your favorite item out of all of the line so I can just only buy that product lol. I also can’t wait to review her product for my channel as well but I noticed you did say is not for dry hair and it doesn’t have much moisture, so I’m kind of scared, and it might not look as beautiful in my hair as it does in your hair I do like the fluffiness that I gave you, but I like a stronger hold for my hair because it makes my car all day last longer.
The second shampoo is always more bubbly than the first. Especially when you have build up. 🤷🏽♀️ I don’t think it was because of using a different shampoo.
It would be a definite no for my 3c mixed curl pattern. Strong hold is needed especially in humidity.
Bianca can you try Kérastase Paris' curl manifesto line? The products smell like lemon meringue cookies, and i personally loved all of the products I tried.
I like the products I don't like the hair gel but the leave- in is great especially if you can't use shea butter , coconut oil or castor oil on my low- po hair. The shampoo, conditioner and the leave in. I use a little bit of oil on my scalp this is all I need I love this product.
