I usually use vinegar to clean that part, I would do 5:2 parts. 5 parts water to two parts vinegar inside it and let it steam out that wat it will clan the whole machine.

Question. Why are the steamer and ozone buttons on my machine are now blinking at the same time? Regardless if I refill or empty the water container? Is it broken? Thanks
if you have a blow dryer you can dry it from the top, just don't use it on real hot because it could melt the plastic. That is how I dry it beside sitting it in the sun on my table to dry.
I just wipe it down with a wet cloth with a little vinegar on it deep clean the machine, plus you can add 1 part vinegar to three parts water to clean out the spout.
Every time I have a breakout, I turn on this machine and use it. It really does help removing my acne. I use it 2 to 3x a week to help control my acne flare ups.
I love it makes my skin feel good and look good best for relaxing too self care it's the best thing anyone can do

How do you clean it? Is there a way to take off/unscrew the tank?
What I do is put water in the tank with a little vinegar and just let it steam out the water with vinegar, that will clean out the tank.
how do you cleaN THE blue part inside... a good rubdown with alcohol inside is the best clean. Did you figure this out?

Check to see if there is noting blocking it, if not, than I would contact amazon for an exchange.

Are u able to clean the tank so it’s not so wet ? Mines been sitting here wet and I don’t want it to go bad bc idk how to clean it or dry the tank .

on the back of the head nozzle, there is a slide clip, that is where you will insert your little pad for the oils.
