- The judge overseeing the Georgia election interference case dismissed some of the charges against former President Donald Trump, but many other counts in the indictment remain.

You’re aware he stated he wants to become dictator. Even for one day, that would go against everything America, and our Constitution stands for.

What crimes, exactly?? All of the of Trump indictments were issued AFTER he announced his 2024 presidential run and reflect election interference rather than unbiased justice. The 91 criminal counts were all bogus from the very start.
Even reputable attorneys who might have hated Trump or MAGA could smell the stench of the politics involved and smartly stayed away from these obviously political prosecutions. That's why the not ready for prime-time, third-string, DEI brigade (Fani et al) eagerly signed on to participate in these disgraceful kangaroo courts.

So TRUTH BE TOLD, The 6 charges were dismissed for technical reasons, but they can be amended and brought back once corrected. Addition details are required to be submitted. They ARE NOT being dismissed for lack of evidence.
