Being Introverted and Anxiety VR To Lifespiller 79

A reply to a video on anxiety and being introverted by Lifespiller79. The video struck a chord with me on a lot of things. So I thought I'd do a video of my own experiences and feeling on the subject. There were things I thought 'Oh I could have added this' etc after making it, but i wanted to keep the video more real and not have the feeling of being rehearsed.
