Sir I saw your 2 lectures... I really understood both lectures in good way.. I can present r write in my own wording due to your lectures ...thanku Sir!
Just one clarification.....in NCERT it's given as while forward bias....the electrons flow from n side to p side and holes from p side to n side and at p and n side the minority charge carriers become in excess and hence combine with majority charge carriers which release energy equal to band gap energy in form of photons.....but sir say minority charge carriers flow ❓
Sir, At 6.50 you said minority carriers will recombine. My question is that why these minority carriers don't attract towards battery or voltage supply.

A good teacher is one who can make a complex concept easy to understand and you are one among them.
I agree
Lol
100 percent you are right
No else can replace your position in such way of teaching
May God send you many more times in this world RIP Sir
What happened?
Your way of teaching is awesome sir . It is crystal clear and tq so much sir.👌👌👌
Studying from him since three years he completely changed me
pradeep sir you are true
teacher

Love you sir🥰
Best teacher ever seen.
@4:54 With due respect Sir, Energy gap for Silicon is 1.12 eV might be you were thinking of germanium. Thank you for this Sir ☺️😇
Great explanation!! Thankyou!
Thank you.Very very very good teacher.❤
he died 1.5 year ago...
Excellent sir.
Plz sir give solution of this problem. What is current LED in cercuit assume that voltage drop across led is 2volt, IF=2.2k ohm, and 15volt?
Great teaching
Awesome sir thank u
Sir ,during recombination th current will flow
sir but it is in forward bias then why majority charge carriers can't flow...
Pjbindas99 pjbindas gc
howled
pagal
Yes
Some books say, the energy for led has to be greater than 2 eV
its adjusted
thanks, you are a great teacher
I love d way how u teach
Iam also
I am also.
very very very easy and nice explanation sir
Sir pdf mil sakti h kya in lecture ki plz replied
No.1 explanation
Superb video sir.....

Bro minority carriers do not flow . Actually majority carriers ( say holes) when reaches n region , then they becomes minority carrier there
U have emel to ask questions?
nice one sir i understod easly thanks
So sir when does a LED stops working when it is in forward biasing?
When our given potential is less than potential of deplition region
i m from pakistan, sir you are my ideal teaher.
Awesome
Thank you sir that was a very good lecture.Looking forward for many of your lectures
Fabulous teaching sir
No rong
Good lecture.
Sir, At 6.50 you said minority carriers will recombine. My question is that why these minority carriers don't attract towards battery or voltage supply.
Yeah...i also had this doubt..
@@lakshminarayana5998 actually these are not minority charge carriers that will combine but majority charge carriers
Because of internal resistances variation between battery nd diode nd also here majority is moving not minority
Repulsion will be there due to bias know
Then how black colour is emitted ?
What is the frequency of black colour ?
White and black not a color it just appearance
When no colour then black appears
Sir I think majority charge carriers near the junction recombine to emit light energy. Is it?
Tarun Kumar No because I think if charge carriers are majority then a lot of energy will be released and can be harmful
Tnk u sir
But FB ristrict the minority charge carriers to cross depletion region
That is for Indirect bandgap semiconductors like Ge, Si. We can use Direct bandgap semiconductors like GaAs
Sir recombine krte krte agar sare free electron khatam , tab?
sir Ga As energy gap is 1.42ev sier then how it is used for led
they perform the same function but light emitted is infrared which is not visible to us but can be sensed by the photodiodes..
Ok tq sir
Some books say, the energy for led has to be greater than 2 ev
They might be saying 1.8 eV approx i.e, 2eV
What is the Principle of it??
thank you sir
For minority career biasing is reverse so they will b attracted towards terminals.. How can they combine?
thanky you
5:19
Why e back to same reason
Thanks
❤️
Sir ji
logic gates nahi padhaya sir aapne
Kya yaar
I watched some what more vdos before this. For a point and i stopped watching after this vdo..
