Malaysians, Singaporeans and Cambodians accepted their PH imports with open arms and that is for me the main reason why the synergy is good within their teams. With Indonesians, i can still see that there is a lot of pressure for PH players and eventually if they fail, they will simply blame their imports for their demise.

The difference between indo and malay team import is, indo import the best player in their role from PH and expect them to perform godly while malay team didn't select a player from the best PH team . So whatever happen is whatever. It just prove that a team synergy is better than having an All star player. All star player no pressure, fixed participating in any tour while a lowkey player has to perform well or they are getting benched even if they are import player
