Started buying outlaw when i saw at least 3 players on a half buy and just giving my rifle to someone else who died to build good feels with the team
We also saw this work in one more game. It was Lev vs Sen where Aspas was buying Outlaw and abusing Sen's light shield rifle buys. They lost so many early rounds to it that they were forced to respect the Outlaw later in the game and go full armor.
yeah he used the outlaw the first 6 rounds after pistol and kept dominating
1:18 the TMV slander 😂
Personally do you think he yaps
Logically speaking, if you know the enemy buys light sheilds (which is meta) it's a 1 tap, and even if they buy full, they still become easy to kill while you're on the other side of the map
yeah , having a two bullet better-than-prime Chamber ult is busted.
that's such a nice analysis dude. you bring up well constructed arguments to support your position too.
I can't wait to see how PRX's(and genj's now too prob) economy management will clash with other regions in madrid.
Its a two shot OP in round 2 and 3, the thing is, the enemies most of the time push after a pick for the trade, and the outlaw lets you repeek instantly catching them off guard
we're all just waiting for a good skin.
next premium bundle will have an outlaw trust
@@RealIncarn sooo about that.... still waiting
@@nuenwrq3813 lol
The fact that outlaw can 1 shot light armor AND it could still shoot the 2nd bullet makes it stronger than op in some situations. (with almost half of op price).
It's interesting to see some mind games around it. Like how pros play around outlaw or against outlaw.
the outlaw is quite popular in apac. played in immo 2-3 lobby and there are some people that use it alot.
probably because its an aim tool, i like the outlaw personally because it felt like a 2 ammo chamber ult
4:51 PRX something literally gets a kill with the OP here
saw that as well lol
Hi hi, great video and great content!!
Not sure if this has been mentioned but a Video on EG's Jawgemo would be good..He recently was the first to play deadlock in the VCT's and his agro deadlock on Icebox has been both interesting and cool to watch...tried it myself and it's a playstyle worth noting. Hopefully you can do something with this as you make amazing content 🙏
this is normal
cover the kc split comp and how they utilize all the agents and what they have to offer?(specifically the astra ult yoru ult combo)
I hope pros start doing this, cause we all know how annoying it is to 1. Have to full save if you lose pistol, and 2. Buy heavy armor, if they enemies just buy outlaw in rifle rounds. This is just a smart way to firstly save money, as said, it’s just a cheaper operator, and secondly, which was also mentioned, this just forces teams to buy heavy armor, causing less rifle rounds, and (hopefully) a lower amount of rounds won for the enemies.
2:29 saying it is OP is an understatement, it is an OP with TWO CONSECUTIVE SHOTS
Always have been using Outlaw ever since it came out. I always buy it on 2nd round (I only play swiftplay)
This is actually pretty normal, I've been playing like this since the outlaw was implemented in the game and I have seen plenty of players doing the same even in mid elo... The fact they did this will just inform or teach players who don't analyze ways to get an advantage with economy... Other comments already said this is kind of normal and I agree, I am even more surprised that pros didn't abuse this since day 1(or maybe they did)... Valorant won't change Riot made this planned to be played like that we will only see way more people now doing it.... The same goes with Sova / Odin strategie
better teams have recognized this and have started adapting preemptively. NRG and Heretics to name a few opted to FULL save if they lost the pistol( all classics, not even a ghost) which guarantees a full shield buy on their anti bonus
I was actually surprised we didn't see much more use of outlaw. Since many top players are also known as nasty OP users.
Yeah pro players tend to be very slow to adopt new stuff if it messes with their comfortable play environment. It usually takes a couple of top teams or players setting the example before other people do it too.
PRX setting the tempo as usual
They need to buff the phantom to help further counter light shields. I suggest removing the 140 headshot and making the 120 one a 130 hs or 125
I always buy the outlaw when I can make sure the enemy team not on a full buy.
actually very informative
Apparently they didnt even make the gun for light armor meta and it was just an assumption. Aparently they wanted to give sniper players a middle ground to use between the op and marshal
If this is true, Riot is just dumb
@@mrporo4226 I mean they probably create the gun concept before the light shield meta, then when release come they just change the stat/price for it to also counter the light shield. 2 birds with 1 stone moment.
I might not bee good but outlaw is a pretty good buy imo, it just keeps one shotting people to the body for a mere 2400
Ge polvi used against bleed
Aspas bullied sen on breeze with that thing. Also on attack side
nah y is this true, played comp and attack side we won the main rounds when it was a 3-11 score (our team was losing) I used the outlaw a bunch for fun but after 2 rounds with it I realised how affective it was with an enemy team being on low eco, we made them light buy so many times because of the outlaw.
Honestly... often feels like in so many games people are too fixated on adhering to the meta rather than breaking it. Never going to stay #1 if you can't adapt.
I love when I hit a full shields player with an Outlaw and they then proceed to kill my entire team.
its so so OP , i am not that good but with this gun i can get so many body shots (sadly)
Maybe its good in pro play, but i have never seen an outlaw in comp(i am bronze/silver , sometimes a few gold in the lobby)
Pulling out SBF was funny AF
1:44
aspas was also buying outlaw against sentines
GIRA ASPAS
Insane how well balance the outlaw is. Literally no buff/nerfs since release. W game
1:13 boaster why
unfortunately they are the W gaming andd end up choking because of that
blud is onto nothing lol, its just a bet on whether or not they have light or full armor, thus punishing them if the buy light.
There's no bet lol. Can you do math?
@@ValorantAscended so now if they buy full you get a overpriced marshal, and on top of all that a guardian does the job better than outlaw. Can you aim?
Good video
fix shooting mechanics
Jingg is not there though
they still lost tho
to be real outlaw is ok in pro play but in ranked its trash really trash .... from iron to D3 its only good in the 2nd round.
nahh its actually very op and fun gun bro. you should try that. i often using it year and a half. you also earn unique playing style and crazy flicky aim by keep using that, also if u can headshot, it is OP at every round. just keep playing and practice with it everyday ,everygame. ofc u will be bottom frag or mid frag then later that u slowly carrying your team. ( top fragger with marshal). after long time using it, You will start understand which angle you hold and how to use it in every situation, also you learn to fight in close range with it (after many game, death and try ) plus u have shorty ( use it wisely :D ). im marshal only asc2 player and already outlaw only asc1 again. but still learning... last time i checked my headshot chance in unranked and that was 73% ( 11 game result, 95 kills), in ranked 64%.. one day i will reach immo with it :) bro, just trying to say that outlaw not trash gun.. you should try using that and have fun bro :D
One small problem: The marshal is over 2x cheaper, is effective on eco rounds, and can still do MASSIVE damage against full buys. I don't think the Outlaw will see extraordinary play if the marshal is still around.
If you keep them to a light shield + rifle eco , then the outlaw is better. Plus 140 dmg puts anyone to a one shot, regardless of hp unlike the Marshall.
Valorant pros will very easily realize that against Paper Rex, who love outlaws, that buying sloppily would result in many free rounds for them. People will just stop buying with the comfort of light shields. It's extremely easy to counter as long as the team has discipline.@@dioisabot4276
Also, for the marshal's price, the one extra shot it takes to kill from a rifle is almost negligible compared to the mass amount of eco destruction it can do.@@dioisabot4276
Massive damage?
Marshal - 101 damage, meaning the enemy can survive a full vandal shot after twking damage with full shields.
Outlaw has two quick speed shots with no recoil that deal 140 damage, meaning you get one tapped by q classic after it.
You're just not looking at how profitable is the gun, really.
is 101 NOT massive damage? Surviving one bodyshot sure whatever, but what about the price of the gun? It's 1400 creds cheaper and fulfills the same purpose to a slightly worse extent, but it boasts more ammo, infinite fast reloads, an accurate no scope, AND still 1-taps to the head. For the price, the Outlaw is just too situational to work well for the average player, and Paper Rex can only utilize it because Gen.G aren't used to playing against that kind of eco strategy. It's a surprise pick. It's like saying 2022 Yoru was goated because it had a high win-rate. When you look at it in a vacuum, it looks great. But the marshal makes it look shit, because minus the few situations it gets value, it's pretty mediocre. @@Malam_NightYoru
This is a famous video already. First comment.
'Promosm' 👊
so basically pressing tab and checking ur opponents economy before buying = "BREAKING THE VALORANT META"
It is meta breaking since you used to not have to do that, except to look out for an op.
Bro is so dumb
Before it was fnatic half shield meta so yeah with the Outlaw on opposite they need to rethink abouth half shield
Outlaw is extremely unreliable in close-mid range & only worked for me in maps like icebox compare to marshal. I still do better with marshal than outlaw anyday.
Marshal has the potential to be very annoying to deal with.
