Wow this build helped me when i played in ranked it heals so good and its. Nearly spends mana normallly my mana goes insane but with this build it gives shield heal and you can run away from enemies easily ❤️🎉

Depends. If enemy esme is exp, it should be fine. But if she's roamer or jungler, I'd say make some other item first and see whether esme is playing well or not. If she's not playing well, then build flask
