I have autism with sound sensitivity. I would have a heart attack with this. I might have hard earwax buildup and a perforated eardrum. Idk what to do 😢 I’d like the ear irrigation but can’t do that if I have a perforated eardrum. I can’t do microsuction because of these sounds

Do You use manual tools as well as suction? We don't really see what's happening outside of the ear in earwax removal videos, so that was nice to see.
Boring we see nothing be removed.
