@@kahnd2009 You're supposed to not listen to asmr for about a month so it resets that immunity. It's hard to stay away for that long tho. Besides that, I haven't heard of any other way except for maybe finding that one vid or asmrtist that'll trigger it back. It's not permanent tho because even tho this vid triggered my asmr the first time, it hasn't triggered me again like the first time I listened to it so really the only option is to not listen/watch asmr vids for a month
