hes SO much more bombastic than street skaters, its like he actually attacks what hes skating while street skaters try to achieve peace with the obstacles they skate. its VERY enjoyable!
Yes. Most street skaters look so sterile and like they are just relying on the wax on the obstacles to keep their slides and grinds going. Even their grinds look more like slides than grinds. I think that's why I've never enjoyed watching it since street started in the early 90's even though it's immensely skillful. Skaters like Yuto Horigome probably the best and cleanest atm but so sterile. It's like they forget to put style in aswell and just do the trick and don't care how it looks most of the time. I suppose I shouldn't knock it till I'm as good as them but I'd love to see street skaters going at obstacles the same way as Matthew goes at

Andy will probably never be on Mathews level in certain ways.. to each his own.. all skaters are unique in their own way..Andy has a long way to go to be Mathew and Mathew has a long way to go to skate like Andy.. that’s the beauty of skateboarding and the uniqueness you guys all bring to the picture.. I shouldn’t even speak.. I’m sucking pretty bad these days.. but still enjoy watching..
