Rocititzens isn't compatible with chromebook users, As for myself as a chromebook user i experience alot of lagging, crashing, freezing etc, when playing rocitizens. And it really hurts me because i love rocitizen very much but chromebooks aren't doing well in general with rocitizens, If there's any way you could speard this news to the developers or anyone at all it would be most help 🙂

Check that it’s enabled in the GPS section on your in-game phone settings.
U have to reset whenever you join the game and then the map will pop up on ur phone
