Looks good, but you forgot the plastic barrier on the grass side to separate the gravel from the lawn. Otherwise the gravel will eventually get into your grass and it will be a nightmare when mowing.

Just an opinion, it would be nice if you would of install some metal landscape border to keep the rocks within the flower bed, it will also help the grass to stay away and also it will not break off when you go around with the weed eater bc it’s metal.. great Job 👏

I add some OD Door Lights- Preferred are Low Volatage LED Lights or can go with Solar( but have to Replace the NiCad-Recahrgable AA Batterry every 2 yrs at ave of $5 each,( So do the math and compare vrs.Low Voltage..LV's are more Economical and lst 10 yrs or Longer! Sorlar> 5 yrs before the Solar panel ontop gets worn out.. Hire Electrictian if you have too Install an Outdoor Outlet to power it and a Indoor Timer that is Auto Ajustable to be on from Dusk to 11-1am.. Not All nite..( Min on till 10pm) Secuirity Lighting on all Nite or on Motion Sensors after 10 -11 pm ..
Can Place your Sidewalk Lights on a Motion sensor after 10 pm like I have mine and for most of my Clients homes..LED Lights are 90% Less pwr req'd.. = (-90%) less Elec. bill. adding 2- 7.5 LED (=75 watt ) Motion Sensor security Lamps to the All Sides of the House.. You get with 10 ft? They go On..and smile you Pic is taken several times..All Used to be Very Expensive and now, ave.? $100 -$300 Bucks for everything CAN ADD AN ALARM FOR $25 IF YOU LIKE..bUT i INSTALLED A lOUD aLARM THAT WAKES UP THE WHOLE nEIGHBORhOOD( nEIGHBORS AND ALL) AND IF THAT DOESN'T DRIVE A tHEIF AWAY? oNLY A gERMAN sHEPPARD OR HEARING A 12 gAUGE "LOCK & LOAD" WILL!

Kids will destroy your plants?!!! Dear goodness haha. Maybe put them in planters and position them away from the street as much as possible. Thanks for watching and hope you subscribed

So spend all that time & $money$ on fabric to keepUV rays from getting under the rock, EVEN THOUGH it's impossible for UV rays to go through the rocks?! That's just bad advice. THE REASON to use fabric is to keep the rocks from settling into the dirt.

LOL! Jay apparently you don't live in an area where it rains a lot. If you don't install fabric in the area where I live then grass and weeds will be growing through the rock in a month. Plus it's not like this fabric is extremely expensive so please don't give others poor advice. Thanks for watching though Jay.

Haaaate landscaping fabric. I’m digging out tons of it in my front yard along with LAYERS of netting used to lay down evidently layers of sod. Hate landscapers, always choosing disgusting plastic shortcuts. Then lazy homeowners don’t maintain it and earth becomes a junkyard. So unnecessary for a fricking boxwood hedge
