8 Hour Challenge - Induction Danone Management Trainee 2024

This is a glimpse of the "8 Hour Challenge" activity, a part of the induction program for the Danone Management Trainee cohorts: MT STAR & Danone-IFL 2024.
MT STAR program is a comprehensive career development program aims to develop graduates and young talents for becoming Danone Future Leaders.
Danone-IFL program is a career development program for recent engineering graduates and professionals, designed to nurture future leaders to expand their capabilities through projects in their home country and global assignments.
The task was simple: four teams of trainees competed in to complete 3 main challenges and 1 bonus round within 8 hours. It wasn't just about speed, it took collaboration, creativity, innovation, and leadership mindset to success. Each team presented their solutions and creations to the judges and earned points based on their performance. The team with the highest score will be the winner.
