This country needs its citizens to once again unite behind what is right and just. I, for one, will never forget, on this day or any other.

He loved this country and 5 of his 6 brothers who fought also served in WW2 and the Korean War. God bless them for a little part of them died when they came back, for they were never the same. God bless them all, and God bless our fallen, and may God rest their souls.

I visited Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery Memorial Day. Many MOH soldiers and others who I am sure, though not recognized with as high an honor, did their duty for their fellows.
Why, oh why can not these greatest of great men not hold the cowards that creat these wars accountable first, before they sacrifice themselves and in trueth, those of us who depend on them, responsible for this pain and injustice? Our great heroes smashed in war games of the rich and perverted. And we must hold this tragedy in our hearts, inside daddy's war chest with its medals and memories, and comprehension of a greater humanity crucified by a vague cultural concept based in predatory scavendership. Those few who rape our True love of country. Thank you Veterans , may this nation recognize the trueth and your great sacrifice.

Pretty hard not to reflect in the current climate in how virtually every American death since Korea is a needless tragedy, all for the sake of people who don’t ever stop to think about the harm they’ve done.
Thank you for this solemn reminder of what this day is really about. It’s not about sale prices and hamburgers. People get the privilege of sale prices and hamburgers because of those that sacrificed their lives.
These heros will always be remembered at least once a year. From where I am at in my lifetime. I will live and die. Other than my direct family. Really know one will know or care. Better to die a hero, than to live a life in peacetime. And no one cares.
