Okay, so the solar plexus is the 3rd Chakra not the 2nd. The sacral Chakra is the second. I'm not trying to be rude, but this is misinformation and really needs to be corrected. Everyone makes mistakes. I'm sure you want to correct something that isn't correct. I love this channel. But please correct this. You should be aware of the 7 Chakra positioning. Thank you.

This has helped me a lot, my grandfather is in war and I'm really worried for him. A few weeks later he died...I had a hard time sleeping until i saw this.
