Just to give some tips, as an avid user of Rockstar Affirmations for the past two years, i have developed a methodology that ALWAYS works and i give this same tip to my friends (who i have also turned into Rockstar Affirmation FANS) and it works for them: 1. Pick one or two areas in your life you are focusing on. (If you pick two areas, make sure they are somehow related. e.g "I have my dream job" and "I am a money magnet." ) 2. Listen to one affirmation at a time but play it TWICE in a row, especially during the FIRST WEEK of trying to rewire your subconcious mind. 3. There is no need to repeat the affirmations outloud. I dont know why but this doesnt work so well for me as when i repeat them IN MY HEAD. I dont just play the affirmations as if they were music, i REPEAT them in my head and follow along (as if I'm memorizing them) 4. Pick ONE voice to follow along with, e.g Each rockstar affirmation has three to four voices speaking at the same time, so pick one voice to follow and repeat word for word (inside ur head) until u complete the affirmation. 5. If the affirmations seem DIFFICULT to repeat inside ur head, then KEEP PUSHING. this just means your brain is not used to thinking in this kind of way, it actually means your subconcious mind needs that very affirmation your struggling to do! JUST keep pushing, repeat repeat repeat each utterance in your head , until you feel it is easier and easier. And finally, BELIEVE in the power of the sub-concious mind.
