Hello, I really love the video and followed your steps to do it on my computer. Do you know how to do this to many computers for an organization so they all have the same standard template that can’t be changed unless the author does it.
You have to go into options and select save. Under save location and template location, add a folder where you want to save them to. It will then appear when you select new

I have been having a hard time figuring out if this can be done, but I have seen it before but I cannot get in contact with that person
You need to create a network folder and save to that, everyone will then have accesd
