It really didn’t taste eggy to me. I think with all the spices, to me, it just tasted like a yummy Italian flatbread. I’m gonna try blending it next time! I bet that works great!!
Sorry, I forgot to add it under the description. I just added it☺️ Your main two ingredients is 1 C cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Then add whatever spices you like and cook at 375° for 30 minutes.

Also, I saw a different person blending a similar recipe with a Bullet blender so it poured out quite liquidy and more even.
