    How many times has this happened now? The thing that amazes me about thieves is the sheer amount of effort they will go to take the benefits of someone else' work (and generosity in sharing with us in your case!) when they could go out and learn or find something for themselves which is quite a bit more fun?

    Don't be a lazy claim jumper! It is very easy to get your own claim in B.C. or at the very least glance at the MTO map so you know where the spades of open ground is located.

    I have to ask... I know your claims are staked but are they also MARKED? As in signage on the trees and along the creek to inform people that it is a legal claim? I watch a lot of your videos but I have never seen a claim MARKER in a single one of them

    • @micksadventure1331
      @micksadventure1331 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jeffrey Kelley don’t think markers are used anymore, it’s all gps points now,
      you can minfile search (Canada) to see what is and isn’t claimed before you go out

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's hard to mark claims this size. Next to impossible the property has multiple claims and covers about 1000 hectares. If people are prospecting they will know. All the info is on mineral titles online of every claim in BC. Everything is done by GPS now you havent had to mark claim boundaries scince about 2005

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      We find posting signage just alert the dishonest people who don't know of what's there to look

    • @sloungepodcast

      @@911mining here in the US if the Claim is not Marked it is fair game. You cannot expect the general public to care about your claim if you don't tell them it is claimed. At least that is how it is seen in the BLM. I walk the creeks regularly and look for markers before I pan at the same time I am not going to search your entire 1000 hectares for little claim markers on public land.

    There is a difference between Claim Jumping and prospecting. If your claim isn't staked and marked expect people to prospect on it a bit. Claim Jumping is taking your claim, I don't review full records on a location until I determine it's worthwhile to file a claim at all.

    Nice recovery from those panned spots.Good that the low lives didn't clean all those spots out ! If they do have claims of their own,bet that they don't fill things in after panning.I have seen this crap before and even told people(politely) to fill in some large dugged out holes in certain areas that are rec assigned or so.

      Yes we have a few new dividers to try out. To see which one works best. The dividers are just easier to use for a beginner and if you have huge rocks means no classifying. Works just as well without.

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We like it it's really efficient and has really good fine gold recovery so it works really well for sample panning. It's made of the same material as a regular conventional pan and has built in supports so it's really sturdy.

      @@911mining I saw your video where you gave that pan it's first try out . I know you like it . But from a spectator I prefer watching panning with round pan . The back and forth agitation makes the marbles in my head bang around & bounce . The circular motion employed with round ,well , they just swirl around gently then settle quietly . But i understand ,what ever bring the color & bacon home best . Really do like your channel .

  • @micksadventure1331
    @micksadventure1331 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Are those placer or mineral claims? Do you even have rights to placer material on mineral claims, or the right to stop others from panning?

    • @911mining
      @911mining  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes a placer claim is only in a placer reserve, you can have a mineral claim in a placer reserve but only then it excludes placer rights. A mineral claim covers all minerals even placer if the claims not in a placer reserve. There are very few claims in BC which you can own just placer.
