@awesome guy I don't agree with you. I think in most places around the world - demand has accelerated supply - except for China and Dubai. In China - they make roads and trains first - then comes buildings - whereas in US - yes the government massive infrastructure spending was high post World War II - it was always demand by Capitalist Corporations that followed infrastructural push.
So I don't agree. If businesses require buildings - they can keep building but it has to be controlled by good regulation from Rajuk - but developments should not be completely stopped - as infrastructure development should be ongoing to support businesses for the current period as well.
So lets say businesses are asking for 10 skyscrapers in Tejgaon in 5 years , government restricts to 5 instead of 10 and use the tax money to keep to investing in infrastructure so that in future lets say 10 years or 20 years from now - goverment can allow 20 skyrapers for the future. What you are saying is not ECONOMIC. What you are saying is 0 skyscraper in next 5 years, spend a lot of money only infrastructure and then invest 20 buildings in the future all at a time ----- BAD IDEA. You need to study TIME VALUE OF MONEY OF ECONOMICS. The more delay you make - the more unutilized your resources are at a compounding rate - so we need a balance.

This is my favourite area. Gulshan is magnificent. Road is good and towers are awesome with unique architectures. Still not visited Dhaka but your and some other channels presentations have made me love this city. Why BBC only makes documentaries about Dhaka brothels? There are several brothels in London with trafficked women from Ukraine and Moldova.
Abhishek Narasimha bro! Your 100% right, they’re are ritually brothels everywhere in the world. In London, and other British cities they’re are many poor areas and low-income places, because I’m from England, I know the cities & towns better. New York & other western cities have similarities problems. But the western media cover-up and show all negative side of Bangladesh, they spend 30 min of the BBC programmes on brothel, villagers living in mud banks of river in hut houses, kids naked swimming in those murky waters, basically! Showing the world to avoid this very poor country, in reality it’s completely opposite, you saw this video, what’s it like ? They’re are many rich areas in Bangladesh & India, but the CNN, BBC and other so-called media’s don’t show them beautiful wealthy areas because they are jealous of the places etc
Because Western Media don't want to show Prospering South Asia to their people.They Always make videos in Slum area of Mumbai as u said brothel in Dhaka and Dirty Areas of our countries.Those Bastards once looted our countries infect they separated us to one India to several countries

দেখে খুব ভাল লাগলো, একদম পরিচ্ছন্ন। আর প্রতিটা বাইকার এবং যাত্রীদের মাথায়ও হেলমেট দেখলাম😍মানুষ সচেতন হইতেছে। আরেকটা বিষয় লক্ষনীয় এখানে একটা রিক্সাও দেখলাম না!হয়তোবা রিক্সার ঢুকার কোনো পারমিট নাই।পুরো ঢাকার থেকে যদি রিক্সা আস্তে আস্তে উঠিয়ে দেওয়া যেতো তাইলে হয়তো ঢাকা শহর টা আরো সুন্দর লাগতো।
