I relapsed after three months sober. When i was exhausted and had just arrived at my holiday destination, Should have just gone to hotel and slept. Beware tiredness, a huge trigger for me. Anyway back on the wagon again, and I feel good that I am and managed to enjoy the rest of my holiday, ok I lost a day to a hangover, but I didnt give in, I stayed sober and enjoyed the rest of my trip. Never let one set back ruin the upward trajectory.
@@HabitsV2 Thanks exactly, no use dwelling on it, I will learn from it of course but too old to be beating myself up about it. As you say it is what it is, thanks. James
Don’t get cocky either like I did after 13 years thinking I could handle any situation including moderation, big mistake I made. I don’t drink every day but when the weekend comes lookout ! I hate so much
So true Kevin. I’m so grateful that if I have a thought of alcohol at all, it is fleeting and gone before I can have my next thought. Happy Saturday! 😊❤️🇨🇦
Sober 10 months and still in the business, toughest thing I've ever done but confidence is growing to levels I never thought possible. Onward and Upward. Thanks for the Inspiration.
Day 15 now without any alcohol the usual triggers were difficult but managing now to reprogramme my thinking patterns funnily I've also stopped sharing on social media and see that now as being just as toxic just like the nonsense on the TV like the MSM all negative mind controlling poison ..i've gone cycling with my backpack and camera on my own in nature i feel freedom now and zero depression or anxiety..these vidoes helped also thanks.
Im doing this alone as i think it's best keeping my journey to myself 🎉as others questioned why, others are negative 😂im enjoying the journey, and thanks to you and your videos Kevin 🎉😊🎉1000% commitment 🎉
In my mind now if the thought of alcohol pops up I laugh my thoughts are instantly no way then I think why would I. Fast and easy not sure why it pops once in awhile guess satin never gives up but the grass on the other side is greener so thankfull
I was thinking and listening to Kevin. I thought quitting drinking is the first step in discipline we have to teach ourselfs. I feel this is very common for drinkers to learn if you want a drink or anything. you want it now. Quitting alcohol takes fighting yourself waiting learning discipline. You will end up being able to look back and say glad that’s over but it’s not instant its earned. most thing we are given we don’t appreciate fight to quit it’s something you earn and will hold dear
It's part of the journey. Boredom isn't a bad thing. It's the motivation to get up and do something different OR to go back to your old ways. Which path you choose is always up to you.

Dry January going well. I’m committed.

Congratulations Kevin for 100K🎉🎉🎉
The only thing that is disappointing about giving up alcohol is that you realise you should’ve done it years ago☘️❤️🙏
For sure. But, it is what it is. 👍
Thought about it on my birthday, had ice-cream instead.....

How do you afford that nice Spanish country villa? Must be nice.
I haven't bought alcohol in 12 years :)
Great answer! @@HabitsV2
Not drinking does not mean being sober
That disappointment with the wrong road, should have a drink
It's always your choice. Your body.
@@HabitsV2 !00% sorry for the trolling, your work has made me half the drunk I am today. Thankyou Kevin you are a gem!
stopped last week incredibly bored
You have to find new hobbies, exercise activities, or something new to do
