Why at first pour so much concrete that it stands out some 2 m above ground. And when it is hardened they have to cut it,drill it and pull it out again.
in this case having 9 stumps of 2 m rebar sticking out from the ground.
to me this is just a waste of material? ad waste of time and manpower?

If you make a video for people in english, you need to have someone who speaks english in order to make it sound good. Also, can you stop using publicly released footage and then just jumping from project to project? This video went from China, to spain, and then back to china in like 4 minutes.
