I hope they continue to have a lot more success with this album and I’m SO excited for my Korean copies and US store copies to start arriving next week!!!! (Also sorry the intro is a little loud it’s been awhile since I’ve had to audio sync an intro it’ll be better for tomorrows video I promise!)
AHHHH I've watched like 30 of these unboxings so far and I don't get tired. The photos were done so well as well as the designing of the albums in general. So proud of them! Thank you for sharing this with us all.
T*rget employee here- Unfortunately our sh*t systems and company likes to do this fun little thing when they know something is going to sell out immediately, they completely remove it from the app and website to avoid high traffic and crashing the stores order pick up system. This exact same thing has happened at my location with NCT127 releases and (oddly enough) the Animal Crossing New Horizons trading cards. Then you go in to the store and if the employee you get doesn't know how the electronics department works, you will, sadly, have to argue your way to your items 😭

That’s definitely an interesting tactic that only benefits the company 🫠 and yeah the targets around me most of the time don’t have anyone in electronics until after 11am so most of the time I’m asking someone from another department about items I’m looking for. Also I remember this happening with the new horizon cards since I was trying to get those as well LOL
I freaked out this morning too when I saw the Target app said sold out. I saw people online were finding them so I contacted Target corporate to find out what the deal was. They said some stores do have it in stock, but I would need to go to the store to check. Mine had two of the Go versions on the shelf so I grabbed one and found an employee to help me. I explained the situation and she scanned the copy I had to check for the others. I was so happy when she came out with the other two copies. I’m so glad you were able to find copies as well 😊
The way I have never had any interest or intention in buying an album until the realise of Maxident physical albums is insane. The album attracted me into getting more albums, because previously I have never even looked at album covers. Now it has become an obsession and I want to get more and more albums, all thanks to MAXIDENT album design. I really hope they make more concepts like this cuz it was absolutely amazing

I think it is an app issue lowkey, same thing happened to me. I tried to go find an employee at the target closest to me but....no employees (hit the request employee as well) and no help. All I found were two girls who stole the photocards from the last two Sector 17 albums. Pretty much ruined my day, but I will try again tomorrow closer to the morning. I had the item number up because the same thing happened to my app. Hoping when I go tomorrow I could get an employee to get me a copy.
My local Target ONLY sold the album online and was Sold Out before I could buy any last night. I highly doubt they'll restock. Then I went online on Barnes & Noble last night but they limited 2 copies/version. I wanted to get 9 but only managed 6. I tried 2 different times to place a second order but minutes later I would get an email saying they couldn't process the order because of verification. Why the shortage? For me, thats a third strike. The first one, the chaos of getting a ticket for their Oakland concert. Second, Target not restocking ODDINARY any version (regular & exclusive), I'm missing Han's. And now Maxident availability.
I honestly think target always understocked and it was just extra bad this time because of the high demand for the album. I think a lot of American Stays waited for the target and B&N releases as well. It’s so sad they never seem to restock either

I must say I wasn’t a fan of the Titel unfortunately :( it was on of my favorite concepts they’ve done so far so I was really bummed I didn’t enjoy the Titel at all 😭 however the bsides are phenomenal!! IMO superboard should’ve Been the Titel but what does my opinion matter
