It seems like we can't create records that have the same name. So what do you recommend when you have two customers with the same first and last name? What if you have a customer who is also a vendor? What if you have a contractor who also becomes a customer? What if you have a customer who changes companies?

I have multiple bank accounts and each is for separate clubs we manage. Can I limit their access to Quickbooks to only see and mange only their checking account?
