Eva 8 will beat the mastiff and PK in close quarters combat all the time. The Eva 8 will shoot twice before you land one shot with either Mastiff or PK
How maggie has shotgun perks, and rampart has lmg perks; I think Wattson should have energy weapon perks (even if it's just carrying extra ammo in a stack), Vantage should also get something for snipers other than the bullet drop circle.

Agreed, it feels like you're shooting feathers. Rich's positioning is just so good that he often gets off 3 shots before the opponent even knows where he is - making up for the lack of firepower.
SMG's arent really a threat right now.............. And there is the biggest issue this game has...... Like the game has been significantly less balanced and fun since the nerf that through SMG's off a cliff..
